Bu araştırmada, eğitim fakültesinde öğrencilerin etkili olarak kabul ettikleri ödevleri belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, nitel araştırmayöntemlerinden fenomenolojik çalışma olarak desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Ahmet Keleşoğlu Eğitim Fakültesinde farklı anabilim dallarında 4. sınıfta öğrenim gören 310 öğrenciden toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanması için açık uçlu anket formu kullanılmıştır. The aim of the study was to determine the attitudes and behaviors of parents that positively or n... more The aim of the study was to determine the attitudes and behaviors of parents that positively or negatively affect teachers' motivation based on their perceptions. The research was conducted using a case study methodology on 19 teachers working in public secondary schools in Karatay district of Konya, Turkey. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using content analysis. The study group was determined according to the maximum diversity sampling method. As a result of analysis, six parental behaviors that increase or decrease teachers' motivation were identified: recognition and appreciation, involvement and support, communication, trust in teacher expertize valuing holistic development, and support in terms of resources and materials. Teachers observed that their motivation increased when parental attitudes and behaviors aligned with their expectations and decreased when they did not. Based on the results, two recommendations were made: (1) schools should see parents as equal partners, and (2) schools should initiate parent involvement practices that will ensure appropriate behaviour without waiting for parents' appropriate behaviour.

The purpose of this research is to define the expectations of elementary school principals from e... more The purpose of this research is to define the expectations of elementary school principals from education supervisors during supervision period. Since the purpose of the research is appropriate to be realized qualitative research method has been used. The study group of the research is consisted of thirty principals chosen with maximum variety method. The data has been collected using semi-structured interview form and has been analyzed with content analysis method. After the analysis, the expectations of the principals were collected under eleven themes. According to obtained data, it has been found out that principals wanted the education supervisors to display supervising behaviors appropriate to the human relations. It has also been found that principals found the education supervisors insufficient on communication, guidance, persistence, to be democratic, contingency, expediency, self-development, effectuality, consistency, awarding and research fields.

Data were collected by two focus group meetings from 22 parents, live in three different districts in Istanbul in the 2019-2020 academic year. The criterion sampling method, which is one of purposeful sampling method, was used to select participants. Data construed by content analysis. Data were obtained from 3,201 teachers working in the central districts of Konya, Turkey. The scale consists of 4 subdimensions, that is, interpersonal deviance, education deviance, time deviance, and collaboration deviance. The TWDBS scale has been shown to have reliability and validity for use in identifying teachers' deviant behaviors in the workplace.

Linear regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of organizational justice perception on other variables and the Sobel test was used to test the mediating role of organizational learning mechanisms. The perception of organizational justice perception has a significant effect on organizational learning mechanisms, organizational cynicism, and deviant workplace behaviors. There is a full mediation role of organizational learning mechanisms in the effect of organizational justice perception on deviant workplace behavior; On the other hand, a partial mediation role in the effect of organizational justice perception on organizational cynicism was observed. Various suggestions were developed in light of the findings.

Ders denetiminden öğretmenler rahatsız olmakta, ders denetimini süreç ve sonuçları belli olmayan bir uygulama olarak görmekte, süreçten rahatsız olmaktadırlar. Öğretmenlerin müdürlere olan güveni, kurumsal iletişimi, iş birliğini, iş doyumunu, öğretim ortam... more Öğretmenlerin müdürlere olan güveni, kurumsal iletişimi, iş birliğini, iş doyumunu, öğretim ortamını etkileyerek, öğrencilerin sağlıklı bir şekilde öğrenmelerine katkıda bulunmaktadır. Araştırma; tarama modelinde durum tespiti yapmaya yönelik olarak nitel araştırma türlerinden fenomonoloji (olgu bilim) deseninde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu; 2019-2020 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Konya ilinde görev yapan 20 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmenler maksimum çeşit örnekleme yöntemi dikkate alınarak seçilmiştir. Veriler, katılımcılarla mülakat/görüşme tabanına dayanan odak grup görüşmesi tekniği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Veriler, içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Bunun için önce kodlama yapılmış, sonrasında tema ve alt temalar oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin okul müdürüne duyduğu güveni belirleyen faktörler, okul müdürünün yeterliliği, etik davranışları ve destekleyici yaklaşımı olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Yeterlilik temelinde değerlendirilen teknik yeterlik unsurları, mevzuat bilgisi, öğretmenlik meslek bilgisi, yöneticilik becerileri, atanma süreci ve milli manevi değerlere saygı gibi faktörleri içermektedir. İnsan ilişkileri temasında, müdürün öğretmenleri sadece profesyonel birer görevli olarak değil, aynı zamanda birey olarak görmesi, sağlık ve sosyal ihtiyaçlara duyarlı olması, hiyerarşi dışı iletişim kurması ve etkili iletişim becerilerine sahip olması, öğretmenlerin müdüre güvenini artırdığı belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin müdürlerine duydukları güveni etkileyen etik davranışlardır. Müdürün objektif olması, siyasi farklılıklara saygı göstermesi, tarafsız savunma yapması ve eğitimi ön planda tutması, öğretmenlerin güvenini artıran unsurlar olarak belirlenmiştir. Destek davranışları kapsamında, müdürün öğretmene güven göstermesi, çözüm üreten yaklaşımlar sergilemesi, öğretmeni koruması ve savunması, öğretmenlerin güvenini artıran önemli etkenler arasında yer almıştır. Öğretmenin sorunlarına duyarsız kalmak, çözüm üretmemek veya öğretmeni desteklememek durumunda güvenin azaldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
