The current society is characterized by a decline in moral and religious values on the personality formation of the trainee and on the metaphysical- religious conception of the world and man. This phenomenon causes a vulnerability of the educational system and the Church to the aggressiveness of the manifestations of the populist phenomenon, a phenomenon on the rise in Eastern Europe. A certain inertia specific to both educational and religious systems, combined with some traditional and anti-Reformation attitudes, can be a fertile land for asserting a populist corrosive speech with long-term adverse effects in their formative objectives. Keywords: populism, moral education, religious education, ethics, moral values.

These elements have also brought people closer, have cancelled borders and traditional barriers between states and have facilitated a novel manner of socialization. At the same time and in an equal facile manner, the internet has also generated specific problems, some of which are yet unresolved. A problem that requires an urgent solution is the serious infringement of copyright and ownership rights. The copy/paste phenomenon has been gaining ground and the ways to control it are not efficient. The main effects are the inhibition of creativity, superficial research and supporting plagiarism. On the other hand, the Internet has radically transformed the media and at this moment there is no single viable business model for the media exclusively on the Internet. Copyright becomes an issue that must be fundamentally solved in the new circumstances of the Internet. Thus, a balance must be reached between free and purchased information. This article aims to identify new solutions, more adequate and more efficient, through which the plagiarism phenomenon is reduced. A synthetic vision on the copy / paste phenomenon is showcased, vision which highlights the results and their impact over current research activities and on scholars' creativity. Thus, the necessity to promote and consolidate ethical dimensions towards ownership, by means of proper referencing of the research works that was appealed to (i.e., free or purchased information), is argued. From this perspective MSI becomes a psychosocial foundation for an education with an inclination towards self-education. The model of social instruction aims to optimize the behavior of the educated from the perspective of social efficiency, seen as a potential pedagogic resource. The potentiality of the educated to influence their own behavior in the most general sense describes a pedagogic process of self-training - self-development pertaining to the concept of mutual determinism, initiated and promoted by Albert Bandura. From the perspective of the social learning at the level of the basic structure of the general didactics model, the professional model generated, maintained, promoted and imposed by the teacher becomes achievable. At the level of the general professional conduct, by the professional model provided by the teacher, the students are provided with the possibility of extracting some specific subsequences referring to the general professional attitude, the impact of competences on attaining some immediate personal goals, ways of persuading, of transmitting messages, of reasoning, of energizing and actively and motivationally engaging. The student is the beneficiary of the correlation, which contributes to the formation and development of his/her social abilities and personality in view of social integration. The student integrates elements of the teacher's professional model, by observational learning, which is determined by the social side of the relationship between the student and the teacher. From this perspective, in the experiential learning the cognitive and non-cognitive behavioural model proposed by the teacher becomes extremely important.

The research effort focused on the idea that mental health is a functional optimum found at the intersection of cellular behavior, the physical environment, the external environment, with all its subtypes, the environment in which the individual manifests itself and the subjective, psychological environment, dominated mainly by unconscious behavioral routines, beliefs, values, and ultimately individual perspective on life. Mental health represents and manifests itself as an emerging process resulting from the correlated functioning of the biological, physiological, and in particular cellular mechanisms, the various, random and / or permanent influences and stimuli of the physical, social and professional environment and the superior motivational structures of the type of beliefs and individual perspective on life. Current technology trends indicate that the future of the web will be oriented towards Cloud technologies. Cloud will be provided "as a service" and the Internet of the future will be a tight connection between humans, electronic devices and services. CWS concept (Cloud-based Web Services) describes a platform that connects multiple data storage centers and generate new ways to unify distributed web services. For this reason, the CWS is an essential part of the Cloud environment. In this context, Cloud computing is a modern computerized infrastructure that facilitates rapid provision of resources required. From this perspective, the Cloud platform has changed the way of development and execution of applications in the educational environment. In other words, we are put in the framework of learning to behave and become, in various situations of life, by being careful and observing various behaviors of others. The method of modelling or appealing to the behavior of a model is based on the use of analogy, that is to understand, reproduce or reproduce in a simplified, schematically approximated form of manifestations or phenomena that are more difficult or impossible to detect or to observe through direct observation. The ability of educators to use symbols, understood as an intrinsic quality and as a specific resource, gives them the opportunity to represent their events, analyse their experiences, communicate with each other, anticipate their future through the act of to plan, to innovate, or to be creative in the educational environment. As a result, for a model to be imitated, its behaviors, actions, ope...

These effects correlate with a multiplication and diversification of original, traditional meanings. Postmodernism is a real ideological and individualistic explosion that determines dispersion, leading to differentiation, which pushes the world into indifference. Therefore, we witness an exacerbation of subjective expression and an attempt of self-retrieval or activation of personal valences. Unlike Classicism, which maintained a convergence trend of several fields, postmodernism promotes a subjective, individualistic pluralism, which results in a real identity crisis.

According to him, only a part of human behavior can be explained by classical conditioning, because conditioning theories of learning do not capture social phenomena that occur in real contexts. Thus, Bandura notes that people often learn only looking at the others. Observing others, a man encodes information about their behavior and ubsequent occasions using the encoded information as a guide for their actions. As applicable, this model of learning for educational act goes from the acquisition of verbal behavior (eg, language acquisition through imitation of adult verbal behavior) to the acquisition of motor skills (writing ownership) to the acquisition of social behaviors, and some attitudes held by adult identification. In the same context of educational implications, some authors have shown that the teacher can serve effectively in the classroom as a model for learning by imitation.
