The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were principals, teachers and students of eight grade at Islamic Junior High School Minhajul Ulum Pujut District. Interview, observation, and documentation methods were used as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research sample consisted of 300 people of biology and Islamic teacher candidates (200 women and 100 men). The sampling was collected through cluster random sampling techniques with a research design using cross-sectional surveys and focus group interviews. The survey data were analyzed using the MANOVA test and Patton technique to analyze the interview data. The exciting results were; (1) there were differences in the ability of PSS and SA prospective teachers by level of education, but based on gender there was no difference; (2) PSS levels of female had a higher tendency compared to male, conversely, on SA levels; (3) the highest PSS and SA levels were found in junior grades. In Sasak society inequality occurs not only in aspects related to economics but also inequality occurs in cultural aspects. In this study, it will be discussed about the imbalance of Sasak people in terms of cultural aspects and patterns of mobility in the community. The in-depth interview method is used to gather information about stratification and mobility in the Sasak community. In-depth interviews were conducted with cultural figures and Sasak community leaders who were well versed in the culture of the community. The results of this study indicate that the Sasak community in terms of culture has three social stratifications; perwangse, triwangse, and jajarkarang.

This case study research garnered the data from 120 elementary school teachers of 40 primary schools, 20 of which were municipal primary schools, while the other half were peripheral. The data, collected through observation and interview, were analyzed using the interactive model and quantitatively descriptively presented. The empirical evidence showed that the process of teaching and learning performed by more than half of the primary school teachers did not feature the 21st century learning. A total of 148 prospective teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a sample in the study conducted consisted of 67 men and 81 women. The sampling technique uses a cluster random sampling technique with a cross-sectional survey research design. Research data were analyzed using t-test different test. Research data collection uses a scientific attitude questionnaire instrument and interview guidelines to obtain data on the scientific attitude of PAI teacher candidates based on gender. The results showed that the scientific attitude of PAI FITK prospective teachers of Mataram State University did not have a significant difference from a gender perspective.
