También hay "académicos" que hacen pseudociencia (falsa ciencia). Parece ciencia, pero no lo es. A veces me resulta delirante estar insistiendo sobre un problema que requiere atención y preocupación de funcionarios de la Salud Pública-entre otros asuntos-desde hace muchísimos años.

En el mundo existen miles de millones de habitantes con creencias, supersticiones y afición por a... more En el mundo existen miles de millones de habitantes con creencias, supersticiones y afición por alguna pseudociencia o ideología. Por supuesto, hay diferencia entre ellas. Así, hay personas que creen en un dios omnipotente, benevolente y omnisciente, otras que son teístas o deístas, otras que son escépticas respecto de las pseudociencias y aquellas que no creen en dios. Estas últimas son arreligiosas, agnósticas o ateas. El diccionario de la Real Academia Española da las siguientes definiciones: Arreligiosidad: Falta de carácter o sentimiento religioso. Agnosticismo: Actitud filosófica que declara inaccesible al entendimiento humano todo conocimiento de lo divino y de lo que trasciende la experiencia. Ateísmo: Convicción de la persona atea. Ateo: Que no cree en la existencia de Dios o la niega. No está mal para empezar a desenredar el ovillo. Considero que la mejor posición respecto al problema de la existencia de dios es el agnosticismo. Ya explicaré por qué. El problema del mal Creer en un dios omnipotente, benevolente y omnisciente conlleva un problema insoluble que, según el filósofo Stephen Law, es el problema del mal (de la existencia del mal). El razonamiento parece bastante sencillo: si existe un dios que todo lo puede, es bueno (desea el bien) y está en todas partes-algunos dicen que hasta está dentro nuestro-algunos comienzan a hacerse algunas preguntas: ¿Por qué existe el mal? ¿Por qué mueren niños inocentes a causa de terribles enfermedades, por hambre, o por un tsunami o terremoto devastador? Pero sucede que las personas creyentes, sobre todo los cristianos, islámicos o judíos, al no tener una respuesta racional a estas preguntas (tan solo 2 preguntas), lo que hacen es racionalizar-en el mejor de los casos-"el mal proviene del ser humano", o dar respuestas inescrutables-en el peor y más común de los casos-"los caminos (decisiones, intervenciones) del Señor son insondables, por algo pasan las cosas".
