Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara mendalam. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi. Adapun tehnik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah sample jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak76 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis berdasarkan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara integritas karyawan dengan visi misi perusahaan sebesar0,130.
