First, uncertainty shocks adversely affect housing prices but not the quantities that are traded. Controlling for a broad set of variables in fixed-effects regressions, we find that uncertainty shocks reduce housing prices and median sales prices in the amount of 1.4% and 1.8%, respectively, but the effect is not statistically significant for the percentage changes of all homes sold. Second, when both uncertainty and local demand shocks are introduced, the effects of uncertainty on the housing market dominate that of local labor demand shocks on housing prices, median sell prices, the share of houses selling for loss, and transactions. The aforementioned effects are largest for the states that exhibit relatively high housing price volatilities, suggesting real options effects in the housing market during the times of high uncertainty.

We use binaryuncertainty indicators and a Bartik (1991) index to quantify bothuncertainty and labor demand shocks. Controlling for a broad set ofvariables in fixed-effects regressions, we find uncertainty shocks exhibitsmall adverse level effects, where housing prices and median sell pricesdecrease in the amount of 1.4% and 1.8%, respectively, and thepercentage loss of houses selling increase by .52%-points. Moreimportantly, however, when both shocks are introduced the effects ofuncertainty shocks on the housing market dominate that of local labordemand shocks on housing prices, median sell prices, the share of housesselling for loss, transactions and homes sold as foreclosure. These resultslends to the support for the presence of real options effects in the housingmarket.

For faster processing in the case of squaring operations, the multiplier circuit provided in the arithmetic circuit includes a position shift circuit capable of performing a shift of one position to the left in the case of multiplication of given pairs of sub-numbers, which shift corresponds to a multiplication by the factor 2. As a result, squaring can be performed while using fewer technical means. A method operating on the basis thereof so as to form the square of a large number modulo another large number is also disclosed.

Using invertase during cocoa fermentation is one of the ways for increasing reducing sugar in cocoa bean. During fermentation, sucrose is hydrolysed into glucose and fructose. This process is catalysed by invertase and other enzymes. Adding invertase (Novozyme) is one of the main ways to increase reducing sugar and flavour quality of dry cocoa beans in Vietnam. Enzyme doses and time of adding enzyme during fermentation were done. Norms of temperature, colour beans (cut test score); pH, TA, and cup testing were collected and evaluated. The results showed that in the same condition experiment, using 60mg/kg fresh cocoa bean enzyme dose was good fermentation, temperature increased faster and higher (49C), cut test score of 892.5 scores, pH = 5.25, TA = 1.29 mg NaOH 0.1N/g and cup testing were better than others (cocoa flavour: 4.4 scores; fruit flavour: 3.2 scores).
