Hey there!
Hi, my name is Blessing Okpala, I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). My personality, education and experience has enabled me to take on the challenges that life can present. I am quite passionate and always optimistic to accept responsibilities as they present themselves at every stage in life so as to ever remain on top of my game. My ever burning desire to remain successful in life has ever been my keyword hence my pragmatic approach to occurrences around me.
In my strive for fulfilment, I have embarked on some projects however, the pertinent current project i am working on now is my food blog website http://globalfoodbook.com where I blog about everything food. There is a popular saying thus; 'food is wealth' but I see it as 'tell me what you eat and I could possibly estimate your lifespan'.
Apart from food blogging and business, I am also interested in health, which led me to study parasitology and entomology in my first degree.
I hope to keep paddling my canoe to the best sphere that life has in stock.
Cheers
.............Blessing Address: London, United Kingdom

But with the increasing advancement of technologies, a breakthrough has emanated through the emergence of Supply Chain 4.0. This involves the adoption of the Internet of Things, the use of big data, advanced analytics and the application of advanced robotics in supply chain management. This paper provides an overview of how digital supply chain 4.0 can be used to tackle the traditional supply chain management challenges in the retail sector. Design/methodology/approach – The approach adopts the form of a literature review on the core concepts of supply chain management, its challenges and supply chain 4.0. Findings – To tackle the challenges of the supply chain, retailers are encouraged to focus on shifting from the traditional supply chain approach to a more digital-based approach of Supply Chain 4.0. Research limitations – The scope of this paper is restricted to a cross-section of the literature related to this topic. Therefore, it does not comprehensively cover the literature, but a selection of some related works. Originality/value – This study reviews a sample of the existing and latest literature in the area of supply chain management. This presents a meaningful basis for practical guidance for the management of the retailing companies.

But the concern is the possibility of its wider acceptance and sustainability in the market. Due to several misconceptions about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, it is unclear to most people and businesses if they are secured and legal to use. This raises the question of if bitcoin can stand the test of time to come. Interestingly, a critical review of related articles, papers and journals have given staunch indications that bitcoin and its sister cryptocurrencies are the future. This is evidenced by the increasing number of accounts and transactions carried out by individuals and businesses today. However, there is a need to conduct more extensive academic research about bitcoin for accurate predictions regarding its future global adoption.

Despite the available motivational strategies, it is still unclear on what truly motivates employees at the workplace. For competitiveness, addressing the issue of motivation is integral. Design/methodology/approach – The study adopts the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient to measure a selection of eight workplace indicators that address employee's motivation. The content and process theories, partly introduced in this study are helpful in the analyses. Out of the 90 questionnaires distributed to the employees of the selected UK company, only 60 employees responded thereby giving a response rate of 67%. The Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient is used to show the relationships between the dependent and independent variables. Findings – The result shows that there is a significant correlation between employee motivation and multicultural team performance. Research limitations – The scope of this paper is restricted to a sample size from a company. It does not capture the views of all the employees of the study company. Originality/value – This study proposes that a motivated workforce is ideal for improved performance in a multicultural team setting. The findings contribute to the body of knowledge on motivation.
