These opportunities are mentioned in a number of various international conventions within a growing attention. According to this growing attention, Higher Education Council in Turkey, determined the Counseling and Coordination Regulations for Higher Education Disabled Students and within the framework of this regulation, Disabled Students Units (DSUs) were formed. The aim of the study is to determine the opportunities provided by state universities’ DSUs in Turkey reveal the role of Information Communication Technologies (ICT) in these opportunities and put forward related suggestions for future studies. Bu calisma karma yontem arastirmasi desenindedir. Arastirmada, acimlayici sirali karma desen modeli tercih edilmistir. Arastirmanin nicel boyutunda orneklem grubunu, Giresun il merkezindeki devlet okullarinda ogrenim goren 552 lise ogrencisi olusturmaktadir. Arastirmanin nitel boyutundaki calisma grubunu 27 ogrenci olusturmaktadir. Katilimcilar olcut ornekleme yontemi ile belirlenmistir. Arastirmada, ogrencilerin okul terk riskini ortaya koymak amaci ile ‘Okul Terki Risk Olcegi’ kullanilmistir. Arastirmanin nitel boyutunda veriler, arastirmaci tarafindan gelistirilen yari yapilandirilmis gorusme formu ile elde edilmistir. Nicel bulgular, olcegin basarisizlik algisi alt boyutunda 11, sessiz davranma alt boyutunda 17 ve antisosyal davranma alt boyutunda 21 ogrencinin okul terki riski tasidigi belirlenmistir.
