Charles R Dyer

As a retired law library director, law professor and head of a large public law library, with degrees in philosophy, law, and information science, I now compile research findings from cognitive linguistics, cognitive science, neuroscience, and cognitive psychology for use in the study of specialist languages, specifically legalese. I also consult with court systems on how to best serve litigants who go to court without a lawyer. I am a member of the Research Working Group of the Self Represented Litigation Network, www.srln.org.
