The machine's primary purpose is to facilitate material handling in various industries. The objective of this project is to design and manufacture an efficient and reliable screw conveyor spiral bending machine that offers improved performance and operational capabilities. The absence of our machine creates several issues and limitations that hinder smooth operations and has impact on overall productivity, increased labor and manual handling, inadequate space utilization and also wastage of material for the operational processing. Our project's findings hold significant implications for the industry, offering a reliable and efficient solution for material handling applications. The screw conveyor spiral bending machine's advantages include increased productivity, cost savings, and improved operational efficiency and also provide easy operational process.
