For example, NI ELVIS Board is used to build an electric circuit by using resistors, wires and power source and those are the components of the simple electric circuits. Also, The Digital Multimeter which is used to measure the values of basic concepts in any circuit such that the resistance, current and voltage which will help us later to understand some laws that are related to it such as Ohm’s law and Kirchhoff’s law.

The first part of this report will give a preview about the thermistor and the about LabVIEW. Then, the design and result section which illustrates the process of building the block diagram and the circuit to achieve the project. Finally, conclusions from this project will be listed.
This project illustrates how to detect the changes in temperature and to provide the required action. If the temperature goes outside the highest limit (40℃), the fan starts working and the heater is off. When the temperature goes below the lowest limit (10℃) the heater starts working and the fan will be off. This is done by using thermistor and a resistor with the NI ELVIS board.
LabView provides a way in which the user can do certain measurement using the breadboard and the program gives the desired action. Also, the principle of Data Acquisition is applied because this software provides a powerful tool to acquiring and processing data and displaying them. Moreover, the storing and processing data is simple and flexible. It could be noticed that the explosion in digital techniques and technology has been made possible by the incredible increase in the density of digital circuitry, its robust performance; it’s relatively low cost, and its speed. However, this tool may tied up with data acquisition and the computer is unavailable for other application. Nowadays, engineers and scientists are using LabVIEW software programs that help them in their design projects, which provides engineers with tools needed to create and deploy measurement and control systems through unprecedented hardware integration. LabVIEW inspires engineers to solve problems, accelerates your productivity, and gives them the confidence to continually innovate. In fact, engineers can do their projects and design in less time with LabVIEW through its unique graphical programming environment; built-in engineering-specific libraries of software functions and hardware interfaces; and data analysis, visualization, and sharing features.

Five different tasks have been performed in order to achieve to the objectives and discuss the results. Multiple methods were applied in this lab experiment to detect the values of resistance of many circuits. It’s noticeable that measurements and calculations showed results with very low error percentages.

There were many requirements that we should achieve such as designing an attractive and easy to use game with characters representing UAE customs and traditions for children between 12-9 years old, it also should include scoring system that work when the player collect items. In designing this video we have chosen Stencyl software among the other programs such as Unity and Gamesalad, because it was easy to use and simpler than the other programming software for beginners where we can insert our own characters, pictures and backgrounds. We started by analyzing the client statement, setting the objects and constrains, establishing metrics for each objectives, establishing equations to each constraints, choosing the right function, creating scoring equations for all the metrics and constraints equations, designing alternative designs and scoring each one of them. Finally, we have chosen our final project.
