Jesus is Lord Colleges Foundation Inc. is founded by Bro. Eddie Villanueva in Bocaue, Bulacan which is the main branch. Jesus is Lord Colleges Foundation Calamba Branch was built in 1991. It currently has 14 teaching staff with a population of 170 students. The researchers, with the use of interviews and survey/questionnaires that they have conducted and the searching and browsing of relevant information in libraries and the internet, came up proposing a Computerized Enrolment System for the institution. Using Rapid Application Development as a software methodology, the researchers will be flexible enough for sudden changes in the development of the study. The researchers also performed a system testing and let the client evaluate to ensure that the system met their demands. The result of the evaluation survey showed that the system was functioning well.

Overload Compu... more The objective of the study entitled “Faculty Attendance Monitoring using RFID with Overload Computation and Email Notification for City College of Calamba” is to aid the institution in its process in monitoring the attendance of its faculty members with the aid of the Radio Frequency Identification or RFID technology. The study aims to use RFID for
daily time in and time out of each faculty member. The study also aims to aid the personnel- in-charge regarding the overload salary computation of faculty members. It also aims for
automation of the total work hours for each of the faculty members and notifying them of their attendance through email. The proposed system offers easy to understand directions and user friendly interface. The system also generates reports such as daily time records and overload pay slip. The system can also perform in minimal amount of time. It also handles the information and records giving the users convenience and redirecting their time into a more productive work. In relation to this, the proposed system also provides easy and fast searching and viewing of needed information given the database that relevant information is stored on.
