Erected as a model in universities and grandes ecoles, the place of ESR in these entrepreneurial spaces remains often in the minority, this despite the fact that human capital - fueled by the education system - is recognized as a key success factor of an EE. The central problematic of this research revolves around the interest of constituting mixed places (i.e. bringing together actors from the economy and the ESR), thus favoring the appearance of efficient EEs. Based on the case of an “inclusive” EE model, the author shows the interest for companies and for ESR establishments, of strengthening their ties to stimulate the development of start-ups. In doing so, he leads the initiators of these places to imagine devices aimed at bringing together two worlds which still tend to act separately. francaisBien que l’entrepreneuriat soit erige en modele dans les universites et les grandes ecoles, la place des etablissement d’enseignement superieur de recherche (ESR) dans ces espaces entrepreneuriaux reste souvent minoritaire.
