In Tallinn Pedagogical Seminar I was the leader of Student Board and organized many training events including teamwork and project management workshops. I have made several presentations in different seminars and conferences in Estonia and other EU countries (on early education, disabled in Estonia, patients rights, children’s rights, adult education for disabled in EU, teamwork in organizations etc) . I have made and conducted several training programmes for very different target groups (including the deaf, Livonians / an ethnic minority in Lithuania etc) and even won the EU Grundtvig award for Adult education programmes in 2007 as an Estonian partner in the multilateral project. I have worked in multicultural teams for many years and traveled most of EU countries. Recently I am more and more interested at the visual data and messages delivered and send by different medias around us, been following EU seminars and conferences on the matter starting the year 2008.
