We believe that the Ising model [2], is particularly suitable as described below. In our model, each site or traditional spin within Ising model represents a cell or computer within computing grid. Computers with available resources, are considered as si = -1 (black site), and those computers without resources or saturated correspond to si = +1 (target site). A situation very close to reality is to use an Ising lattice of LXL, with all eij = e, γ = 4 y H = 0. Each value of time ́s average among requirements (TMER), corresponds to a virtual temperature of the grid.

Applying a density matrix formalism, we show that it is an invariant of motion for time-dependent Hamiltonian systems whose dynamics can be contained into an antisymmetric matrix G . The procedure to find the G -matrix is outlined and some examples are briefly shown.

In the mobile communication network, each cell has N channels to process the calls, and they arrive with a given rate, having different lengths. In our Ising model we introduce cooperation among cells. This mechanism is considered in the normal commercial operation today. Through our simulation we evaluate the (virtual) temperature, magnetization, and the critical parameters of the network. The description of a mobile communication network, using a well-known theoretical model, is an important tool to improve the performance of these networks.

The wavelet entropy was evaluated for the whole period every 12 and 24 and 32 months. High entropy variations can be detected in the periods 1974-78, 1985-89,1990-92, in coincidence with internal or external political instabilities. The other case is a Multiagent systems whose variable is the welfare level. In the fi rst case we show that the economic lack of information in the Argentinean economy is similar to that of the beginning of the '90. In the second case, we show that full competition scenarios without any regulation on the welfare level lead to a stratified societies into which social mobility tends always to lower levels.

The method we applied also allows us to find the subspace of a real vector space to which the system is confined to during its temporal evolution. We also find that the Uncertainty Principle is itself an invariant of motion for Harmonic Oscillator like Hamiltonians.
