Tori is an active athlete superior quality (master, body mass = 72 kg), and all the other, who were thrown (uke) differ from each other as the weight and height of the body concerned. The average of their body weight was 73.8 kg, which means that it is almost even with body mass of tori. For data collection was used a three-dimensional motion analysis system APAS (Ariel Performance Analysis System). Tsukuri is the phase where occur most actions of reaping leg. The second phase (tsukuri) begins when tori detach his right foot and lasts until the beginning of reaping opponent's leg, on which was concentrated its weight (uke's weight). The parameters that describe the effect of the reaping leg in the second phase of technique osoto gari a...

In addition to disruption of health, education, economic systems, etc., this situation has seriously damaged physical sports and recreational activities. The necessity to keep fit makes athletes to constantly try and find ways to organize training, while minimizing the risk of infection. Some of these ways are: a) medical measures or continuous testing of athletes; b) 'team quarantine' for the longest period of time that minimizes contact with other additional people of the club members where he/she trains; c) maximum care for maintaining the minimum allowed distance and contact between athletes. Meanwhile, outdoor recreational activities can be more easily controlled. However, these ways are not sufficient, so the consequences will be irreparable for a long time.

We used three digital cameras from different angles, to measure the trajectory, velocity and height of the barbell. We collected data for angular displacement of main joints. One elite male weightlifter, height 169 cm and body mass 81.5 kg performed the snatch style with 110 kg (75% RM). Once the recorded material was collected, the data were processed using the system of analyzing movement – APAS (Ariel Performance Analysis System). The trajectory of the barbell was no different compared to best lifters of the world, which means that kinematic parameters are within the recommended norms. After analyzing the computed parameters, we found out that our kinematic values vs those of best lifters of the World, with the same body weight category, were as follows: maximum vertical velocity during the explosive p...

Thus, the objective of this study wasbiomechanical description of the clean and jerk style, during performance of the elite athlete (EQ), the champion of 77 kg (Body mass) in last European Weightlifting Championships (2014). He was observed during his performance in clean and jerk style, just one month before the event with 194 kg. Three digital cameras were used, and the recorded material was processed by the System for Biomechanical Analysis (Ariel Performance Analysis System-APAS). Among the others we found the trajectory of the barbell, the vertical velocity of the barbell and displacement of the barbell. These results showed that the vertical displacement of the barbell during the first phase (F1) was 103.63 cm, the maximal v...

The coaches of this sport always focus on maximum efficiency with minimum effort during the early phase of throwing teaching (Imamura, Misaki, Alan, & Rafael, 2007). This study aim to compare (1) the velocity of attacking foot, and (2) the velocity of blocking foot, as well as movement trajectory of both foots during throwing performance by black belt master of Judo. Method A black belt master (age = 31 y; mass = 74 kg; height = 1.68 m) served as the tori (thrower) and ten subjects (age = 29 ± 2.34 y ; mass = 68 ± 3.46 kg ; height = 1.64 ± 1.36 m) served as uke (fallers). Two throws, (1) osoto gari and ( 2 ...
