Les 8-hydroxy et 8-methoxyquinoleines etudiees peuvent subir une reaction de bromation ; ainsi so... more Les 8-hydroxy et 8-methoxyquinoleines etudiees peuvent subir une reaction de bromation ; ainsi sont obtenues des quinoleines diversement substituees par des atomes de brome en position 3, 5 et 7. A partir des 5,7-dibromoquinoleines substituees en position 8, un echange brome-lithium selectif a ete realise ; la nature du substituant en position 8 modifie l'orientation de cette reaction. La reaction de couplage croise, appliquee a diverses bromo-8-methoxyquinoleines, permet de greffer differents groupements. Dans le cas de dibromoquinoleines, une bonne regioselectivite a ete observee. Enfin, de nombreux pyridocarbazoles ont ete synthetises, la reaction de couplage croise etant utilisee pour creer la jonction entre les cycles quinoleinique et benzenique

Supporting data for the publication "Extending motifs in lithiocuprate chemistry: unexpected... more Supporting data for the publication "Extending motifs in lithiocuprate chemistry: unexpected structural diversity in thiocyanate complexes". Single crystal X-ray diffraction structures and NMR spectroscopic data for complexes 8-11 in the paper. All four complexes were made at Cambridge in 2015 and were characterized in house in 2015. NMR spectra for compounds 15 and 16. These were made and characterized in Rennes in 2015.This work was supported by the EPSRC [grant number EP/J500380/1] and Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique Algérien
Ferrocenephosphonates make up an important class of organometallic derivatives with a wide range ... more Ferrocenephosphonates make up an important class of organometallic derivatives with a wide range of useful applications in organic synthesis and coordination chemistry. Here, an approach to ferrocenephosphonates based on a copper-promoted Hirao coupling is reported. Further functionalizations based on regioselective deprotolithiation and both Negishi and Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reactions are also described to reach original derivatives.

Here an original access based on the remote deprotometalation of N,N-diisopropyl-2-trimethylsilylferrocenecarboxamide is reported. The key intermediate, 1′-iodo-N,N-diisopropylferrocenecarboxamide, was prepared in multiple grams and was further functionalized toward fifteen 1′-substituted iodoferrocenes.
