The techniques used to exchange information between the ECU code errors and knowledge bases, based on data fusion methods, allowed us to consolidate and ensure data reliability, and then to optimize processed data in our distributed electronic systems, as the basic state for Industry 4.0 standards. There is the question of the immunity of these equipment to the action of electromagnetic fields generated by other equipment, as well as the immunity of other control and monitoring devices to the action of electromagnetic fields generated by electrical installations. Transmission and distribution networks, due to their size, are one of the most important sources of disruptive electromagnetic fields. But due to their increased complexity and dependence on embedded technologies, new networks in turn can become “victims” of disruptive electromagnetic fields, which can adversely affect the reliability of the power supply.

Modeling the dispersion of pollutants for the proximity areas of the Rovinari thermal power plant has been carried out by using the AUSTAL View specialized software within INSEMEX Petrosani. By putting the desulphurisation facilities into operation in phases, there is noticed the compliance with the enforced limit for the SO2 pollutant. This paper describe some possibilities to minimize voltages switching-off risks from the mining p... more This paper describe some possibilities to minimize voltages switching-off risks from the mining power networks, in case of insulated resistance faults by using a predictive diagnose method. The cables from the neutral insulated power networks (underground mining) are designed to provide a flexible electrical connection between portable or mobile equipment and a point of supply, including main feeder cable for continuous miners, pump cable, and power supply cable. An electronic protection for insulated resistance of mining power cables can be made using this predictive strategy. The main role of electronic relays for insulation resistance degradation of the electrical power cables, from neutral insulated power networks, is to provide a permanent measurement of the insulated resistance between phases and ground, in order to switch-off voltage when the resistance value is below a standard value. The automat system of protection is able to signalize the failure and the human operator will be early informed about the switch-off power and will have time to take proper measures to fix the failure. This logic for fast and automat switch-off voltage without aprioristic announcement is suitable for the electrical installations, realizing so a protection against fires and explosion. It is presented an algorithm and an anticipative relay for insulated resistance control from three-phase low voltage installations with insulated neutral connection.

The investigated insulator strings are used on transmission networks of National grid of Romania. The simulation uses the Finite Element Method (FEM) and COMSOL Multiphysics software to carry out the electric analysis on the insulators. The research aimed to identify and analyze the occupational hazards associated to maintenance operations, in terms of the history of the adjustments, maintenance, cleaning and repair, including the case that occur after the incidents, capital repairs and upgrades. The results of the research consisted in the development of recommendations on the effective management of maintenance activities of work equipment and a software model to enable an efficient management of maintenance, as a tool for occupational hazards in companies - premise for increasing the competitiveness of employers in the market economy.
