La recente decisione di costituire una "chiesa ucraina unificata" sotto gli auspici e per decisio... more La recente decisione di costituire una "chiesa ucraina unificata" sotto gli auspici e per decisione del Patriarcato di Constantinopoli, che non ha giurisdizione diretta sul territorio ucraino, rappresenta la rottura di una serie di regole e realtà storiche consolidate, dopo decenni di discussioni in merito a situazioni che erano già state valutate negativamente sia dal Patriarcato di Costantinopoli che da quello di Mosca e dalle altre Chiese ortodosse, e che oggi-a situazione storica invariata-ha il sapore della pura "contesa politica" in merito allo statuto del territorio ecclesiastico ucraino. Il Patriarcato di Mosca è già intervenuto tempestivamente (in data 15 ottobre 2018) con una propria deliberazione (qui leggibile) in cui si sottolineano i punti di contrasto con la decisione del Patriarcato di Costantinopoli dell'11 ottobre scorso di riammettere alla comunione ecclesiale due persone che erano già state scomunicate negli anni 1990 per aver costituito, senza l'autorizzazione del Patriarcato di Mosca e senza il 'permesso' di altri patriarcati-che comunque non sono competenti direttamente sul territorio ecclesiastico ucraino-due realtà ecclesiali "parallele" alla canonica "Chiesa Ortodossa Ucraina" del Patriarcato di Mosca, che è già presente nel Paese di Kiev e regolarmente in comunione con le altre Chiese ortodosse. Pertanto questa decisione del Patriarcato di Costantinopoli-di riammettere alla comunione ecclesiale due persone già scomunicate per "scisma", cioè per aver creato soggetti ecclesiali già scismatici perché non previsti né autorizzati ad esserlo né che potessero auto-attribuirsi la caratteristica di "autocefalia", cioè di autogoverno che invece è concesso dal Patriarcato di riferimento, contravvenendo in ciò alle regole secondo le quali queste stesse persone erano state già scomunicate in precedenza-rende invece queste persone e le relative realtà ecclesiali "parallele" il fondamento di una nuova e 'ufficiosa' "Chiesa ortodossa unificata" ucraina, e con ciò si determinano una serie di forzature e irregolarità che vanno nella direzione di rompere una serie di regole interne al mondo ortodosso e anche alla definizione stessa della fede. Innanzitutto, come già sottolineato nella decisione del Patriarcato di Mosca del 15 ottobre scorso, si riammettono alla comunione ecclesiale due persone per lo stesso motivo per il quale erano state escluse dalla medesima, e cioè per "scisma", per aver creato soggetti ecclesiali non autorizzati. Di queste persone inoltre si fa il contrario di quello che prescrive il detto evangelico ("La pietra scartata dai costruttori è diventata testata d'angolo", Matteo 21:42; Marco 12:10; e Luca 20:17), cioè se ne fa il fondamento per costituire un nuovo edificio in cui la regolare "Chiesa Ortodossa Ucraina" espressione del Patriarcato di Mosca avrebbe potuto partecipare solo per "cooptazione", cioè su gentile invito dei costituendi nuovi cristiani della "Chiesa Ortodossa Ucraina Autocefala".
