In the phytochemical investigation of the plant, the powdered leaves was gives tests positive for steroids, triterpenes, alkaloids, sap, tannins, anthraquinones and flavonoids. In Navi Mumbai, Panvel region theses leaves are used on wound healing activity like tridex procubace and gulmohar tree. of RKMM College Ahmednagar and herbarium is preserved in Rayat shikshan Sansthsa Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil college Vashi as voucher no (001) The leaves were dried at room temperature for 13 days and when properly drie...

The surface texture and structural information of the electrode material were examined by FE-SEM, HR-TEM, and X-ray diffraction techniques, whereas the electrochemical sensing application of paracetamol oxidation was investigated by amperometric method. The average crystallite size of CuO-CuFe2O4 was calculated from XRD data and found to be 35.45 nm. The fabricated sensor exhibited a higher sensitivity of 970.26 μA.mM−1.cm−2 along with a lower limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) of 7.0 μM and 25 μM, respectively, with a linear dynamic range of 10–1200 μM. Furthermore, the CuO-CuFe2O4@rGO modified sensor showed excellent anti-interferents ability, long-term stability and reproduci...

The chloroform extract of stem showed more toxicity than the ethanol and diethyl ether extracts. At 72 hour exposure the LC 50 values of chloroform extract for adults was 90.5g/ cm 2 and for first instar larvae was 9.1g/cm 2 , respectively. On the other hand the ethanol extract of fruit extract was found to be more toxic than the chloroform and petroleum ether extracts. The LC 50 value of ethanol extract for adult was 66.0g/cm 2 and only 8.3g/cm 2 for the first instar larvae. In comparison, fruit extract is more potent than the stem extracts and the larvae showed comparative tolerance with the increase of their age and time.

Ingredients are extracted by Soxhelt apparatus with different solvents like petroleum ether 40-60 0), chloroform, acetone, ethanol and distilled water in ascending order of polarity. All five extracts were subjected for antibacterial screening by cup plate or zone of inhibition method. The methanolic extract among all five show maximum zone of inhibition and significant MIC value.
