However, the high fatty acid content causes fish oil to become more susceptible to oxidation during the storage process, which can be prevented by adding antioxidants. This study aims to determine the quality of catfish oil after adding ginger oil as an antioxidant. The method used is the titration method to determine the peroxide value and the number of free fatty acids. The results obtained for fish oil peroxide with the addition of ginger oil on days 0, 7, and 14 were 1.58 meq/kg, 1.58 meq/kg, and 2.11 meq/kg. The free fatty acid values of catfish oil added to ginger oil on days 0, 7, and 14 were 0.57%, 0.58%, and 2.11%, respectively. These results show that this value still meets IFOS standards, and ginger oil can act as an antioxidant.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kadar vitamin c dalam kedondong segar dan manisan kedondong dalam penyimpanan yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eskperimental laboratorium menggunakan spektrofotometer Uv-Vis. Kadar vitamin c pada buah kedondong segar, pada manisan kedondong yang disimpan pada kulkas, dan manisan kedondong yang disimpan pada suhu kamar berturut-turut adalah 0,0664%; 0,040875 dan 0,0299%. This study employed an experimental method in which gel preparations were made from ethanol extract of matoa leaves at concentrations of 2%, 3%, and 4%. The organoleptic test results are thick, clear, light green, dark green, and dense dark green, with a distinct smell of ethanol extract of matoa leaves. The method used is the laboratory experimental method by spraying ethanol extract leaves at a distance fence with concentrations of 5%, 10%, and 15% against head lice. The aim of this study was to examine the activity of reducing blood glucose levels in diabetic mice induced by alloxan after administration of the ethyl acetate fraction of temu mangga rhizome at a dose of 100; 200 and 300 mg/KgBW were compared with negative control (Na CMC) and positive control (Glibenclamide 0.65 mg/Kg BW). The research data were statistically analyzed using two-way ANOVA for the parameters of the percentage decrease in blood glucose and the percentage change in body weight followed by the Tukey multiple range test.
