Chakaiya, Kanchan, Krishna, Amrit, Neelam and Balwant were evaluated for varietal suitability. The cultivars, Chakaiya and Krishna flowered early (1st week of April), whereas, Kanchan and Neelam were found to be late in flowering (2nd week of April). The total number of flowers were higher in cultivars, Neelam (750 flowers/m), Amrit (730 flowers/m) and Balwant (700 flowers/m). Anthesis started in the evening and the dehiscence proceeded soon after flower opening Maximum pollen size (48.5 μ) and pollen germination (34.0%) were recorded in Neelam, whereas, the maximum pollen viability was observed in Amrit (91.30%). Fruits of Kanchan and Amrit matured early (2nd to 3rd week of November) whereas Chakaiya matured late (3rd week of December). Fruits of cultivars, Amrit and Krishna were heavier and larger. Higher TSS and TSS: acid ratio were recorded in Krishna. Maximum and minimum acidity was recorded in cultivars Kanchan and Balwant, respectively. Maximum num...

Noteworthy discussion presented in this article will focus on the peculiar composite materials based on biological substrates like cellulose and chitin/CS, apart from these biological compounds a focus is also made on the multi-structural substrates to discuss the wide domain of its pros and cons relating to its application. Further, a shadowing glimpse on the use of liquid crystals-based materials as a bio-material substrates is presented in the subsequent section of this, most notably liquid crystalline nanocellulose has been drawn to discuss its effects within the field of scaffolding for tissue engineering. The functionality of Polysaccharides have also been used extensively in the last few decades as the purpose for effective colloidal stabilizers, agents which can increase biocompatibility, supplanting the chemical functionality to nanostructures, namely inorganic nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes, quantum dots (QDs), gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), and iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticles (NPs). These stoichiometry combinations had led to the development of precise most advanced hybrid materials which is composed mainly of extensively of two components, an organic(Carbonic Substrate) and an inorganic (Non-Carbonic Substrate) that has imparted substantial impact in several research fields, including in the material sciences and foremost in the fields of biomedical applications.

Digitalization is essential for information reading, processing, transforming, and storing. Social media, Cloud, and analytics are the major technologies in today's digital world. Digitalization (business process) and Digital Transformation (the effect) are the core elements of newer global policies and processes. Recent COVID pandemic situation, Organizations are willing to digitalize their environment without losing business. Digital technologies help to improve their capabilities to transform processes that intern promote new business models. Applications cannot remain static and should modernize to meet the evolving business and technology needs. Business needs time to market, Agility, and reduce technical debt. Technology needs consist of APIs, better Security, Portability, Scalability, Cloud support, Deployment, Automation, and Integ...

Electron-lattice and spin-orbit interactions are neglected. The theory is finally applied to benzophenone single crystals where a transition rate approximately 109 cm-3 s-1 is obtained.

The survey covers 373 students [Male-107 (Under-Graduate), Female-78 (Under-Graduate), Male-77 (Post-Graduate), Female-111 (Post-Graduate)] of four colleges. The survey reveals that 363 (97.32%) UG and PG respondents admit that library timings 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. are adequate, 258 (67.17%) spent up to 1 hour in the library, 199 (53.26%) visit the library daily, 245 (65.69%) use the library for issuing and returning the library books, 361 (96.79%) admit quality infrastructure facilities, 208 (55.77%) seek information from their teachers, 252 (67.56%) seek information for covering their class syllabus, 346 (92.77%) use library books, 355 (95.18%) are aware about N-List Programme and OPAC/Web OPAC, 309 (82.85%) not use library resources and services due to lack of time, 290 (77.75%) are satisfied with their library resources and services, 252 (67.56%) respondents perception about library staff is very good.

Encouraging results have been achieved in such patients by the transplantation of human hepatocyte progenitor cells from fetal liver tissue. The aim of the study was to explore survival of hepatocytes from genetically engineered pigs after direct injection into the spleen and other selected sites in immunosuppressed baboons to monitor the immune response and the metabolic function and survival of the transplanted hepatocytes. Baboons (n=3) were recipients of GTKO/hCD46 pig hepatocytes. All three baboons received anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG) induction and tapering methylprednisolone. Baboon 1 received maintenance immunosuppressive therapy with tacrolimus and rapamycin. Baboons 2 and 3 received an anti-CD40mAb/rapamycin-based regimen that prevents sensitization to pig solid organ grafts. The baboons were euthanized 4 or 5 weeks after hepatocyte transplantation. ...

After detailing the hill tract and forest types occurring thereon, different yield regulatory methods namely by (i) number of trees, (ii) area, (iii) volume, (iv) volume and increment and (v) volume and area based on periods, as adopted from time to time, have been discussed. The idea of reckoning the estimated increment towards yield from the Regeneration block was adopted by Trevor in 1919 and practised for sometimes after. It was abandoned later on because of the peculiar nature of the forests. Since the last war the emphasis has shifted towards conservative yield regulation wherein various periodic blocks have been included for prescribing annual yield. An allowance for volume of retained seed-bearers, fire insurers and compact groups of poles as advance growth in regeneration block under the Punjab Shelter-wood system is an effective step towards conservative yield. Similarly Hufnagi's and Von Mantel's formulae have been made use of as a guiding factor for fixing yield in forests being worked under Selection system.

By virtue of its orthogonal multi-carrier transmission scheme, it provides a sound robustness against the problem of multipath fading. Despite all these advantages, High peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is a major bottleneck that degrades the performance of OFDM. In this, research article an innovative precoding method has been proposed based on Discrete Cosine-based DOST (DCST) to lessen the High PAPR values in OFDM systems. DCST, which is a variant of Discrete Orthonormal Stockwell Transform (DOST), helps to reduce the PAPR values by virtue of orthonormal basis, multiple scales, and an absolutely referenced phase. The proposed scheme reduces the PAPR as well as improves the BER performance significantly without increasing the system complexity that much. The proposed system has been simulated on MATLAB and simulation clearly shows that the conventional FFT based OFDM is outperformed by on both the aspects i.e. PAPR reduction as well as BER performance enhancement.
