In this paper the concepts of soft (1, 2)-strongly open maps and soft (1, 2)-generality open maps... more In this paper the concepts of soft (1, 2)-strongly open maps and soft (1, 2)-generality open maps are introduced and their relations with soft (1, 2)-open maps and soft (1, 2)-continuous maps are stated. We show that every soft (1, 2)-strongly open map is soft (1, 2)-generality open map and our work in this paper are examined. Furthermore, these our concepts are used to discuss the notion of soft (1, 2)-semi Hausdorff spaces in this work.

The notions of fuzzy soft dense, fuzzy soft nowhere dense, fuzzy soft meager, fuzzy soft second category, fuzzy soft residual, fuzzy soft Baire, fuzzy soft δ-sets, fuzzy soft λσ-sets, fuzzy soft σ-nowhere dense, fuzzy soft σ-meager, fuzzy soft σ-residual, fuzzy soft σ-Baire, fuzzy soft σ-second category, fuzzy soft σ-residual, fuzzy, fuzzy soft submaximal space, fuzzy soft P-space, fuzzy soft almost resolvable space, fuzzy soft hyperconnected space, fuzzy soft A-embedded, fuzzy soft D-Baire, fuzzy soft almost P-spaces, fuzzy soft Borel, and fuzzy soft σ-algebra are introduced. Furthermore, several examples are shown as well.

The intuitionistic fuzzification in ρ-algebras about the concepts of ideals and subalgebras given... more The intuitionistic fuzzification in ρ-algebras about the concepts of ideals and subalgebras given with several related characterizations is considered. Some new concepts like intuitionistic fuzzy ρ-ideal (IFρi), intuitionistic fuzzy ρ-subalgebra (IFρs), ρ-homomorphism, and intuitionistic fuzzy ρ¯-ideal (IFρ¯i) are introduced and some of their descriptions are given in this work. Further, we show some applications on the family of all intuitionistic fuzzy ρ-subalgebras IFρS(R) in ρ-algebra like the binary relations ≈μ, ≈ν and Γr on IFρS(R). Also, their equivalence classes are given and studied.

Neuromodulatory medications (NMs), such as amitriptyline, carbamazepine and gabapentin, are used ... more Neuromodulatory medications (NMs), such as amitriptyline, carbamazepine and gabapentin, are used as topical preparations for the management of neuropathic orofacial pain (NOP) and have produced promising preliminary results. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of three aforementioned NMs on cell lines relevant to the orofacial tissues in vitro as no published studies have examined the effect of these topical NMs. Cellular viability was measured using alamarBlue(®) , testing cumulative and specific time point effects of NMs on human skin keratinocytes and oral keratinocytes. Effects of the NMs on cell counts were investigated by CCK-8 assay. Drug concentrations released from NM orabase pastes after 30-min incubation were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography. We conducted an experimental investigation in which hyperglycemia was created in rats using Allox... more We conducted an experimental investigation in which hyperglycemia was created in rats using Alloxan; we then employed an herbal drug that could reverse the hypoglycemic effects of insulin, which is to say, we used Alloxan to induce hyperglycemia in the rats. Research conducted on 24 Black rats over 28 days (split into four groups of six rats each on days 1, 7, 14, and 28) shows that ALLOXAN can induce hyperglycemia with statistical significance (P0.0001). HERBAL DRUGS (Momordica Charantia L) have effectively reduced hyperglycemia brought on by Alloxan, with statistically significant results (P0.0001) but not as strong as those produced by insulin. Momordica Charantia L for its insulin-like effects on blood sugar levels in the context of hyperglycemia produced by Alloxan. Through the use of "Black rats," we were able to successfully visualize a model for inducing hyperglycemia via intraperitoneal injection of ALLOXAN. Introduction: COVID-19, the life-threatening disease caused by the pathogenic SARS-CoV-2 virus, h... more Introduction: COVID-19, the life-threatening disease caused by the pathogenic SARS-CoV-2 virus, has limited treatment or measures for curing the infected persons. However, many antibiotics have been tried with varied results. Objective: To assess the effectiveness of anti-tubercular medicines in treating patients who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.Methods: The present research work included nearly 2885 patients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, who were categorised into two groups. The first group comprised nearly 1399 patients who were injected with 1 gm/day of streptomycin dose for a period of 10 days and 600 mg/day dosage of rifampicin was administered for a period of 10 days depending on the clinical symptoms. The second group (1486 patients) received 1 gm ceftriaxonein 100 ml saline solution for a continuous period of 12 hours continued for 10 days and 500 mg oral azithromycin continued for treatment for 5 days.Results: The use of ceftriaxone 1 gm twice daily for 10 days and ...

This increased in blood glucose level can be corrected by HERBAL DRUGS (Momordica Charantia L), with high significant effects (P<0.0001), when compared this with insulin which had high significant results in control hyperglycemia of Alloxan causes (P<0.0001).
