This research was conducted from November 2019 to March 2020. The data used in this study are secondary data. Data collection use interview tehnique and the measuring instrument used is the Likert Scale. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed that the index numbers in the marketing mix strategy UD. Mandiri obtained for the average rating of respondents in the product aspect was 85.8%, the price aspect was 88%, the aspect of the place was 78.5% and the promotion aspect was 73% so that the overall rating of respondents was in the g ood category. Data are also obtained from relevant agencies, such as the Asian Pacific Coconut Community (APCC) Jakarta and from relevant agencies, Department of Industry and Commerce of North Sulawesi, Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi, Department of Agriculture of North Sulawesi and Department of Plantation of North Sulawesi. Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method is used in this research. The results showed that all exports of coconut-based products during 2006-2015 have comparative advantage and have strong competitiveness, except in the year 2014-2015 charcoal and copra products experienced a decline in competitiveness. The research was conducted for three months, from December to February 2020. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with 20 women who are farming ornamental plants. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolombukan Village Office. The data analysis used is descriptive, contribution formula and the data is presented in tabular form. The role of women as main breadwinners if it has greater than 50 percent. The results showed that the role of women as wives who cultivated ornamental plants in Tolombukan Village was as additional breadwinners and not the main breadwinners for their families.

These factors include wages, inflation and GDP growth. This study usesmultiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS) was performed using14 years data from 2001 to 2014. The results showed wage variables significantly influence theunemployment rate in North Sulawesi province with probability 0.0104, while inflation and levels ofGDP growth does not significantly influence the unemployment rate with respective probabilities0.5619 for Inflation and 0.3791 for GDP growth.Keywords: affecting factors, wages, inflation, GDP growth, unemployment, North Sulawesi Province

This research was conducted in the Kiawa 1 Village for 3 months, from April 2015 to July 2015. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. The primary data were obtained by interviewing respondents using a list of questions (questionnaire). The secondary data were obtained from some relevant offices. Thirty respondents were randomly selected from 86 available farmers. Data were analysed descriptivelyusing some tables. The population in this study was people who became workers in home industries stage. Of the population of 30 samples has taken using simple random sampling method.
