Linda Norris
Linda is an independent arts practitioner currently developing new work in response to a residency at Skokholm Island Bird Observatory in South West Wales, UK.
Working primarily in glass and paint, Linda's work is rooted in landscape. She has undertaken a number of public architectural commissions, including making 3 stained glass panels for Conwy Castle, a 12th Century World Heritage Site in North Wales, this was a collaboration with Rachel Phillips. Linda has won several major awards for her studio work including The Warm Glass Prize and The Adrian Henri Poetry in Art Prize.
Alongside developing her own practice, Linda maintains a lively socially engaged practice and specialises in working with people who traditionally have less access to arts activity.
