Previous researches adopt Newton mechanic-based particle model as their core algorithm, such as Social Force model. However, real-world human mobility behaviors hardly follow particle model, especially in interior scene where interactions between pedestrians and environments matter. In this paper, we propose a Social Force-based trajectory simulator for Interior Scenario that improves both trajectory quality and generation speed for interior scenarios. First, we introduce prior scene knowledge to guide the generation process, where pedestrians are armed with exploration behaviors that follows group-level distribution. In this paper, the correlation between the chemical constituents of Chinese herbal medicines Daph... more In this paper, the correlation between the chemical constituents of Chinese herbal medicines Daphnes Cortex and the ecological factors and soil factors was studied, which provided a reference for the selection of suitable areas for artificial cultivation of Daphne giraldii and wild tending. The geographic information system(GIS) was applied to obtain the ecological factor information of 23 collection sites of Daphnes Cortex, and the soil factor information was determined by the standard procedure in the soil test standard manual. Combining the information of 93 chemical constituents of Daphnes Cortex in 23 collection sites the correlation between components and ecological factors and soil factors was analyzed by statistical methods. The correlation analysis showed that the longitude, annual average rainfall, annual sunshine intensity, annual average temperature in the ecological factors, soil type, effective copper and pH value were the dominant factors affecting the chemical compos...
In order to well identify the 93 wild Cortex Daphnes samples from different species and habitats ... more In order to well identify the 93 wild Cortex Daphnes samples from different species and habitats in western China and develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the authentication and quality of them in the future, a comprehensive and efficient identification system based on DNA barcoding and HPLC fingerprint technologies has been developed. The result showed that only 17 samples (18%) were Daphne giraldii Nitsche (DG), which is recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia, while the others (82%) might have safety hazards. Additionally, the result of HPLC fingerprint analysis indicated that samples in the same species origins and wild distributions could be clustered together, which was consistent with DNA barcoding analysis. The study can provide a significant system for the authentication and quality of commercial Cortex Daphnes herbs. Previous studies found that cytokinins (CTKs) are able to significantly promote glycyrrhizic acid... more Previous studies found that cytokinins (CTKs) are able to significantly promote glycyrrhizic acid (GA) accumulation. This study analyzed the correlation between the contents of GA and CTKs in 98 one-year-old liquorice plants by the combination of high-performance liquid chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The full length of the liquorice IPT gene was cloned and the Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the IPT gene in the samples were obtained. The molecular marker of high GA content was found by performing correlation analysis on the SNPs of the IPT gene. Results indicated that the contents of GA and CTKs were positively correlated. The full-length sequence of the IPT gene was 1002 bps, and five SNPs were found in the 98 liquorice samples. One of five SNPs was 348 bps, exhibiting missense mutation and the rest displaying synonymous mutations.
