An attempt will be able to compete when using competitive advantage gained through creative innovations produced by the intellectual capital of the company. Therefore, the Intellectual Capital (IC) has become a very valuable asset in the modern business world because it is necessary to create value added for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of IC on corporate financial performance. IC is an independent variable and the company’s financial performance as the dependent variable. Data used in this study is 215 public companies (non financial) in Indonesia from 2005 until 2008 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses Pulic model (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient ™ - VAIC ™) as a measure of IC components that proxies with physical capital (vaca), human capital (VAHU), and structural capital (STVA). Partial Least Square (PLS) is used as a tool to test the effect of IC (VAIC ™) to the company’s financial performance, which the company’s financial performance proxies with the ROE, EPS and MBV. The results of this study indicate that: IC (VAIC ™) positive effect on company financial performance; IC (VAIC ™) positive effect on company financial performance in the future, the average growth of IC (ROGIC) no positive effect on corporate financial performance in the future front, and the contribution of IC (VAIC ™) against the company’s financial performance in the future will differ according to type of industry. This research aimed to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value ... more This research aimed to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value and how the normative pressure moderates this relationship. The companies studied included 105 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016–2018. Researchers determined these samples using purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that CSR has positive impact on firm value. Meanwhile, normative pressure significantly impacts the relationship between CSR and firm value. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to CSR in increasing firm value and the importance of pressure from independent board in strengthening the effect of CSR on firm value.
We examined three variables, including the differences of temporary book tax, investment opportun... more We examined three variables, including the differences of temporary book tax, investment opportunity sets, and human capital to recognize if any of these variables have different impact on earnings quality. The population use of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Based on the purposive sampling technique, a total of 338 data were obtained. By using ordinary least square technique of analysis, the test results reveal that the differences of temporary book tax have a negative impact on quality of earnings and the investment opportunity set has a positive impact on quality of earnings. Meanwhile, human capital has no impact on quality of earnings. Our study provides insight that the differences of temporary book tax and investment opportunity sets are important information that must be considered by investors in analyzing the quality of company earnings, so that investment provides optimal returns.

Most of the skincare products are packaged in plastic materials and contain hazardous chemicals. Besides, the price of high-quality skincare is generally expensive, and some people may not be able to afford it. The world community must be aware that their self-care should not impact big problems. This program aims to assist the community in producing natural handmade soap as one of a skincare series in various regions, and for this time, the main partner of this program is the Darul Ibadah community in Phutthabucha , Thung Khru District, Bangkok. This activity was carried out as part of a collaborative agreement between the Faculty of Economics, Sultan Agung Islamic University and Kasetsart University. This assistance is expected to be an effort to save the community by creating their own qualified products, reducing waste and water pollution from chemical-based soaps
