No matter how sound the structural organization or managerial mechanics may be, administrative excellence can never be attained unless the organization is staffed by intelligent and energetic persons. If the Police service is manned by qualified, alert, honest and industrious and dedicated persons, its public image and reputation will certainly be of high order. Any attempt of reform or reorganization of the existing Police organization, therefore, necessarily presupposes the introduction of a sound and correct recruitment procedure. There cannot be any place for inadequate persons in any rational scheme of recruitment. Recruitment can be broadly divided in to recruitment from within and recruitment from without. Recruitment form without is called direct recruitment and recruitment from within is called promotion. In most of the countries of the world recruitment in Police Service is made at two or three levels. Only in England, recruitment is confined to the level of Constable, and the position has become so traditional in England now that it is impossible to change it and introduce recruitment at different levels. The Royal Commission of 1960 naturally was bounded by the Government decision that recruitment must be at the lowest level, but it expressed grave concern with the fact that even amongst Chief Constables there were very few University Graduates.

This paper deals with the essentials of personality development aspects of various entrepreneurship abilities and how to prune the acumen for prosperity. It all starts with the basic differences in the personality types and how it takes a little understanding and effort to become the best entrepreneur.

To achieve the purpose sixty (60) primiparous women were randomly selected from various maternal health centers in and around Chennai city. Their age varied between 23 Years to 28 Years. Subjects were randomly assigned into three groups. Experimental group I (20-subjects) Experimental group II (20) and Control group (20). Experimental group I underwent six days of yogic practices for one hour in the morning between 6.30 am to 7.30 am along with diet consultation. Experimental group II also underwent similar practices without any modification in their regular routine diet. Whereas control group did not undergo any training program except their regular maternal health check up. All the three groups were tested for Body Mass Index using standardized formula (Height in meter square /Weight in Kilogram) and Fasting Blood Glucose level using standardized laboratory test. The data pertaining to the variables collected from all the three groups before and after the training period were statistically analyzed using Analysis of Covariance (ANACOVA) to determine the significant difference and tested at 0.05 level of confidence. The study reveals that Experimental groups show a significant difference in BMI and FBG than the control group. Experimental groups, I show the significantly better difference in BMI and FBG than Experimental group II due to yogic intervention along with diet modification. Hence the hypothesis was accepted at 0.05 level of confidence.

It transforms the country into one unified common market. It will reduce the existing complexity of taxes as it subsumes VAT, Excise duty, service tax and Sales tax. It is a consumption based tax applied on goods and services at the place of its consumption. The proposed model of GST is ―Dual GST‖ comprising Central and State component charging simultaneously on the common base. It also addresses the cascading effect of tax on cost of goods and services. Other countries experience in GST has proven to be an efficient tax collection system. The implementation of GST generates more revenue as it broadens the tax base and erodes the tax evasion. This Paper highlights the GST implications on tax structure, incidence and compliance.

The origin of caste system could be the functional groupings, called varnas, which have their origins in the Aryan society. "According to the Rig Veda hymn, the different classes sprang from the four limbs of the Creator. The Creator's mouth became the Brahman priests, his two arms formed the Rajanya (Khastriyas), the warriors and kings, his two thighs formed the Vaishya, landowners and merchants, and from his feet were born the Shudra (Untouchables) artisans and servants. Then, it is believed that the caste system had been adopted by the Brahmins to express their superiority. When the Aryan races swept into India, they wanted to maintain the superiority and so they maintained the caste systems. Gradually the caste system became formalized into four major groups, each with its own rules and regulations and code of conduct.

The Justice party and the Self-Respect Movement fought for the social justice vehemently. The follower of non-Brahmins movement Dr. S. Many of the employment programmes failed due to the common problems of ineffective targeting, leakages and poor quality asset creation, etc. Hence, while developing rules and guidelines for implementation of the MGNREG Act 2005, more attention should be paid to the lessons we have learnt from past experiences. Because this act has the potential not only to strengthen social security in India, this programme will generate work for the poorest; it is also an opportunity to increase the stranded of living, but also there is corruption in the MGNREGA, no question about that. But simple indices that claim to measure corruption and make an assessment of interstate levels of corruption can end up offering us a wrong understanding.

The reason for the rising trend of criminal tendencies among youngsters in our society is due to the deteriorating family structure and parent-child relationship. The games that today's children play on their cell phones, laptops or personal computers are full of violence and aggression. Even the TV programmes and movies nowadays are crime related and have violent content. It is the duty of the parents to check how much of education value is there in these programmes. The fact is that today's children have very few options for venting their natural teenage aggression. There is minimal communication even in friend circles, except for playing games. In such a scenario, children, especially the youth, do not know where to stop or what are the consequences of getting involved in criminal activities. The situation of Tamil nadu points out to the vulnerable conditions of children in conflict with law that need to be addressed urgently.
