An equivariant analogue of some results of R. Cauty concerning A(N)R(S) spaces is proved. It is presented that the orbit space Z(X)/G by the action of the group G is a S space.
The aim of this investigation is to consider the internal processes in the contact zone of the se... more The aim of this investigation is to consider the internal processes in the contact zone of the semiconductor with radionuclide microalloying: the diffusion of atoms during endotaxy, the diffusion of atoms after the decay of radionuclides, the formation of electrons and the material features arising from such diffusion. The DFT approach in this paper is aimed at obtaining evidence of the vacancy mechanism of diffusion. Radionuclide atoms diffuse into the growing layer of silicon carbide on silicon at the level of isoelement microalloying, forming, depending on the phase, effects that energetically manifest themselves as the effect of the «inner sun», which is the source of the spectrum of primary electrons and secondary electron-hole pairs at ionization losses. This is due to the interaction with the electrons of the shells of neighboring atoms, generating secondary electrons and holes in the region of spatial charge, carried by built-in electric fields.

The tree level annihilation contribution in scalar electrodynamics and quark loop contribution on the basis of quasipotential quark model are taken into account. Numerical value of the pionium decay width is 0.94 meV. Last time experiments devoted to the investigation of hadronic + atom (pionium) properties took place at CERN. The aim is pionium life time measurement with 10% accuracy [1]. The rst life time estimation was done in [2]: = 2:9 1 2:1 10 15 s. Hadronic atom ( + ) is the simple atom system, which gives us an opportunity to study both electromagnetic and strong interactions. The pionium energy spectrum is determined by Coulomb potential, because the Bohr radius r B = 387 fm is much larger than the range of strong interactions. A description of the CompHEP based model which ensures the au- tomatic evaluation of masses, coup... more A description of the CompHEP based model which ensures the au- tomatic evaluation of masses, couplings and decay widths of the neutral Higgs bosons of the MSSM with explicit CP violation at the electroweak energy scale is given. The computation of the mass spectrum includes the leading two-loop radiative corrections from the squark-Higgs boson sector, electroweak corrections and the Higgs bosons pole-mass shifts. The results of these effective field theory calculations are important for precise simulation of various channels of Higgs bosons production at the Tevatron and the LHC, both in the CP-violating and CP-conserving sce- narios.
