The development of this area has a direct impact on the quality of edu-cation and cost reduction. E-learning is now dominated by learning management systems such as Moo-dle, to improve the interoperability of these systems; the use of data / resources is a major requirement, this need to push the e-Learning community to seek new approaches to improve this interoperability of systems. On the other hand, se-mantic Web technologies offers standards like RDF allows to describe Web re-sources with their metadata. We propose in this work an approach based on Se-mantic Web technology to improve the interoperability of e-Learning systems like Moodle.

This article proposes a hybrid heuristic allowing the connection between meta-models of different systems, which will allow the generation between models conforming to these connected meta-models. First, this article presents the architecture of the generative matching approach named generative automatic matching (GAM), then is introduced an important part of this approach, a hybrid heuristic allowing the matching between the meta-models. Finally, the authors conclude by a multiple criteria evaluation of this approach.

This article examines the reasons why SME managers choose customization when implementing their ERP system, and analyzes the risks of customization in terms of stability and maintenance of the ERP system. Qualitative exploratory research was chosen because the study aims to uncover new perspectives related to the special characteristics of SMEs. A multiple case study of four SMEs from different sectors was conducted. The data collection was carried out through 28 individual interviews with several stakeholders (users, external consultants, internal IT specialists and managers) in the four cases. The analysis of the interview data showed first, what comes within the scope of customization as well as what comes within the scope of configuration. The findings also revealed the level and the type of customization of the ERP system adopted by the four organizations of this study, and observed 5 major reasons leading to the customization of the ERP system, Lastly, 3 substantial risks related to the choices of the customization of ERP system were ascertained. The study in this article is based only on four cases, in order to study the applicability of our results in other contexts, it is necessary to do additional research. The study results have significant implications for experts, managers and information technology researchers. This paper can be used to develop information technology adoption strategy for SME. The article enriches the studies done on the reasons for ERP system customization in Moroccan SMEs and the risks related to the customization in terms of stability and maintenance of the ERP system

If the value of grade of membership contains uncertainty then that problems or situations can be dealt by type-2 fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy sets. It is not possible to work in enigmatic and uncertain situations and indeterminate situations as well. This present study introduces, graphical representation of type2 neutrosophic set (T2NS) to deal the level of uncertainty in truth, indeterminate and false part of the information from footprint of uncertainty (FOU). This graphical representation helps as a learning strategy of type-2 neutrosophic sets. Also discussed the advantage of T2NS.

The aim of this paper is to propose a new distance measure for trapezoidal fuzzy neutrosophic numbers based on the centroids with graphical representation. In addition, the metric properties of the proposed measure are examined in detail. A decision making problem also has been solved using the proposed distance measure for a software selection process. comparative analysis has been done with the existing methods to show the potential of the proposed distance measure and various forms of trapezoidal fuzzy neutrosophic number have been listed out to show the uniqueness of the proposed graphical representation. Further, advantages of the proposed distance measure have been given.

In addition, we compute the cost of MST and compare the de-neutrosophied value with an equivalent MST having the detereministic weights. Finally, a numerical example is provided.

This model allows attaching the truth-membership (t), indeterminacy–membership (i) and falsity- membership degrees (f) both to vertices and edges. First, rigorous definitions of nodes, edges, paths, and cycles of such a network were proposed, which are then defined in algebraic terms. Then, characterization on the length of paths in such a network were presented. This is followed by the presentation of an algorithm for finding the shortest path length between two given nodes on the network. The proposed algorithm gives the shortest path length from source node to destination node based on a ranking method that takes both the length of edges and the number of nodes into account. Finally, a numerical example based on a real-life scenario is also presented to illustrate the efficiency and usefulness of the proposed approach.
