Healthcare industries will also get benefited due to reduced investments and management, automated services, better disease diagnosis/analysis, and minimum operations and maintenance. Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN), an element of IoT, enables several sensor nodes attached to a body that generates enormous volumes of healthcare data over the period of a patient. In life-critical pervasive healthcare applications, the data rates from the WBAN is unpredictable, requiring uneven resources in short time intervals to provide qualitative services. Cloud is abundant with pooled resources ready to meet such unpredictable workloads and rapidly deployable to handle massive amounts of data. This paper presents a mechanism that assesses the default resource allocation strategy regarding its response time in simulated IoT healthcare workloads which will raise irregular requirements of the resources from the cloud to handle massive amounts of data. Several experiments are conducted to study the optimal virtual machine allocation to meet the irregular resource requirements from cloud to suit to WBAN, the IoT scenario. Finally, the paper concludes with the reported results.

If the original tooth fragment is retained following fracture, reattachment of the fractured fragment to the remaining tooth can provide better and long-lasting esthetics, improved function, a positive psychological response and is a faster and less complicated procedure. This paper reports on two coronal tooth fracture cases that were successfully treated using adhesive reattachment technique. How to cite this article Kararia N, Chaudhary A, Kararia V. Today the all railway signal systems are based on electrical devices. In this paper we propose a new signal system for railway network which will be based on wireless sensor devices. Proposed frame work helps the train control mechanism to control the train even in low visibility weather condition like dust, haze, snow, heavy rain, fogginess conditions. In this paper we proposed the idea and the framework for the new wireless sensor device based signal system which can be implemented in modification in existing current signal systems.

Due to this the possibility that the selected route may be unreliable in terms of stability, congested & high interference if the network is loaded with heavy traffic. Mobility may also high in such random selected routes. We proposed a routing protocol that uses the link quality information that is calculated using the received signal's bit-error rate to select the routes during route discovery process. The routing protocol is based on a reactive route discovery process similar to Ad-hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) routing protocol. We named our proposed method as Bit-error Rate(BER) based AODV routing (BER-AODV) protocol. The BER of a received signal calculated at the physical layer is used during the route discovery process to either select or reject a link to take part into the route discovery. Due to this, the possibility that a route will break due to the low quality of an intermediate link decreases which increases the network performance in terms of network throughput and packet delivery ratio. We have been using the packet delivery ratio, end-to-end delay, and routing overhead as the metrics for performance evaluation for our proposed routing solution. During the simulations it has been seen that the selection of high quality links based on the BER greatly improves overall network performance when it is measured with different mobility and load networks during the simulation process.

The possibility of additional root/canal should be considered even in teeth with a low frequency of abnormal root canal anatomy. This article reports on a case of mandibular first premolar with two roots, which was successfully treated with root canal therapy.

In this proposed algorithm response time is better than existing algorithm. Also within deadline all process will complete. In this proposed algorithm if we will follow its then it will give better response time as well as good waiting time and turnaround time. Most important part of proposed algorithm is context switching is very low also range of time quantum is less. Round robin algorithm is not applicable for soft real time operating system. Our proposed algorithm is applicable for soft real time operating system with better response.
