Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian mahasiswa STIE Enam enam Kendari. Pendekatan purposive sampling method dan rumus slovin digunakan di dalam penentuan sampel dan diperoleh 91 mahasiswa sebagai sampel di dalam penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi, penelitian menemukan bahwa Sistem informasi akademik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menkonfirmasi atas penelitian-penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya.

Namun bukti menunjukkan bahwa mereka memiliki resiko lebih besar mengalami penyakit di rongga mulut dan lebih membutuhkan perawatan rongga mulut. Terjadinya penyakit di rongga mulut sangat erat kaitannya dengan peningkatan jumlah koloni mikroorganisme seperti Streptococcus sp, Lactobacillus sp dan Candida sp. Peningkatan jumlah koloni mikroorganisme dapat meningkatkan status mikroorganisme tersebut menjadi patogen yang menyebabkan suatu penyakit di rongga mulut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan jumlah koloni Streptococcus sp, Lactobacillus sp dan Candida sp di rongga mulut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan eksperimental laboratoris yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 47 pasien skizofrenia laki-laki dan perempuan. Pada subjek dilakukan pengambilan sampel di rongga mulut dengan menggunakan cotton wooden steril yang kemudian dibawa ke laboratorium untuk dikultur dan dihitung jumlah koloni mikroorganismenya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah koloni Streptococcus sp yang dikultur pada media selektif TYS20B sebanyak 93,2 x 106 CFU/ml, Lactobacillus sp yang dikultur pada media selektif MRSA sebanyak 0,6 x 106 CFU/ml, dan Candida sp yang dikultur pada media selektif SDA sebanyak 30,5 x 106 CFU/ml. Streptococcus sp merupakan mikroorganisme paling dominan pada rongga mulut pasien skizofrenia Rumah Sakit Jiwa Banda Aceh sehingga dapat dikatakan karies gigi sangat rentan terjadi di rongga mulut pasien tersebut.

For complete separation of liquids, the process of heating, condensation, separation and storage is done automatically to achieve the objective. PIC micro-controller has been used to control each and every process of the work. The controller also controls the storage process by activating and deactivating the conveyors. The liquids are heated which on reaching their respective boiling points evaporate and enter the condensation chamber where they convert into liquid. The liquids are then directed to their respective tanks by means of stepper motor which moves in three directions, each movement into different tank. The tank on filling sends the signal to controller which then opens the solenoid valves. The tank is emptied into the beakers below the nozzle. Pakistan which came into being on the name of religion has become victim of Religion. The religio-Political elite of Pakistan have established interest articulated groups using the name of Islam for their own interests. Keeping facts in view we find out that the contemporary situation arose due to illegitimate support from external forces to the militant religious groups to control world Politics. A neutral study reveals that Pakistan is a serious victim of extremist groups. More than 7000 people have been killed in suicide bombing and attacks. The paper will suggest practical measures which would help UNO, NATO Forces and other International powers to restore world peace and beat the contemporary extremist behaviour. It would also suggest practical means to establish Transnational Borders, Equity and Social Justice. The paper will also deal with the concept of Equity and Social Justice in Pakistan. A large body of research now focuses on reconfigurable multicore architectures in order to support algorithms to find optimal solutions for improved energy and throughput balance. An ideal system would be able to optimize such reconfigurable systems to a level that optimum resources are allocated to a particular workload and all the other underutilized resources remain inactive for greater energy savings. Numerous studies were published on controlling and delaying the flow separation on low pressure turbine. In this study, a single dimple (i.e. passive device) is engraved on the suction side of LP turbine cascade T106A. The main aim of this research is to find out the optimum parameters of dimple i.e. diameter (D) and depth (h) which can produce strong enough vortex that can control the flow either in transition or fully turbulent phase. Furthermore, this optimal dimple is engraved to suppress the boundary layer separation at different Reynolds number (based on the chord length and inlet velocity). The dimple of different depth and diameter are used to find the optimal depth to diameter ratio. Computational results show that the optimal ratio of depth to diameter (h/D) for dimple is 0.0845 and depth to grid boundary layer (h/δ) is 0.5152.
