Kajian ini melibatkan 100 orang guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran Sejarah di sekitar Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Responden telah diberikan satu set borang soal selidik yang mengandungi 3 bahagian. Bahagian A terdiri daripada soalan demografi responden. Bahagian B terdiri daripada 22 item soalan yang telah mengenai kepemimpinan instruksional . Bahagian C pula terdiri daripada 19 item soalan mengenai prestasi kerja guru. Sebanyak 2 hipotesis telah dikemukakan dalam kajian ini. Pengujian dat diukur serta diuji menggunakan kaedah statistik deskriptif, ANOVA dan regrasi linear dengan paras signifikan p<0.05. Dapatan analisis regresi linear mendapati kepemimpinan instruksional menyumbang secara signifikan sebanyak 43% kepada prestasi kerja guru mata pelajaran Sejarah (s=0.660, P<0.05, R²=0.436. The study involved 100 teachers who teach history in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Respondents were given a questionnaire which consists of three parts. Part A consists of demographic questions. Part B consists of 55 items that were on instructional leadership. Part C consists of 20 items on work motivation and Part D consists of 30 items on teacher performance. A total of four hypotheses have been presented in this study. Data test measured and tested using descriptive statistics and ANOVA with significance level p <0.01. The findings of Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant relationship of instructional leadership and teacher performance in History (r = .523, sig = .000), while the findings of Pearson Correlation analysis showed no significant difference of work motivation and work performance history teacher subjects (r...

There were 100 respondnets involved in this pilot study. Respondents were given a set of questionares which consisted of 3 sections. Section A consisted of respondent demographic. Section B has 22 items of instructional leadership. Section C comprised 14 items of teachers' work performance. There were two hypoteses put fourth in this study and have been measured by descriptive statistic method, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation with the significant level of p<0.05. The correlation analysis in teh result of study revealed that there was a significant relation between the instructional leadership and the History teacher work performance. This study attemps to anallyze and synthesize the knowledge collected in the area of conceptual m... more This study attemps to anallyze and synthesize the knowledge collected in the area of conceptual models used in teaching and learning during project-based activity and peer-group learning, and to propose a new frame for organizing the classroom interaction within a radical contructivist approach in physical geography. The CSAA model consist in three general phases. Cognitive scheme, assimilition,accommodation each phases has are few sub phases that highlight specific roles for the teacher and the students. Reseaecher using action research in physical geography for student form six, show how the model can be implemented in school,making project based and peer-group learning realistic in the classes. Beyond its initial pupose,the CSAA model proved to be powerful tool in curiculum development, used in producing physical geography textbook, as well in developing teaching courses for a long-distamce teacher-learning program

Dari segi implikasi kajian mendapati guru mata pelajaran Sejarah yang mengamalkan kepemimpinan instruksional semasa proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran akan menunjukkan impak positif terhadap prestasi kerja guru mata pelajaran Sejarah.
