The family burial of von Ehrentreuter/ von Wedel in the reformed church in Loga/ Leer Beneath the choir of the Reformed Church in East Frisian Loga, ldkr. Leer, the Reichsfreiherr Erhard von Ehrentreuter had a family crypt built in the 17th century. Through vandalism and moisture the burials in the post-war years have been severely damaged. In interdisciplinairy investigations (autumn of 2014) , two representative metal sarcophagi from the early 18th century and the remains of seven 18th and 19th wooden coffins were documented. After the restoration, the metal coffins and the human remains were returned to the cleaned crypt chamber.
