aff... more The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine War (multiple crises or catastrophes)
affected the logistics sector in the world, especially in developing countries. Collaborative logis-
tics is a strategy to mitigate the negative impacts of multiple crises. Thus, this study aims to un-
cover the impact of multiple crises on logistics collaboration in developing countries in the case
of Indonesia and to disclose the collaboration patterns among logistics companies in the country.
Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 183 logistics professionals working in lo-
gistics companies in Indonesia from June to November 2023. Of the 183 respondents, 148 obser-
vations were used in the statistical analysis using the Partial-Least Square–Structural Equation
Model (PLS-SEM) with Rstudio. This study had the following findings: First, the early days of the
COVID-19 pandemic (2020–2021) promoted domestic and international collaborations. Second,
the latter days of the COVID-19 pandemic (2022–2023) promote less intensive collaboration at
domestic and international levels due to the termination of some restrictions to contain the
COVID-19 spread and the relative resiliency of the logistics sector. Third, the negative impact of
the Russia-Ukraine War drove logistics companies to collaborate intensively at the domestic and
international levels. Fourth, companies’ responses to multiple crises demonstrate a fluctuating
collaboration pattern, depending on the severity of the crisis. Thus, it is suggested that maintain-
ing intensive logistics collaboration is a strategy to gain resilience from unintended events that
negatively affect the supply chain. This study has an academic contribution to the logistics and
supply chain field, emphasising collaboration during crises in developing countries.

The resulting damage has had adverse effects on the community, such as the loss of clean water sources, environmental degradation, decreased air quality, and disruptions to the livelihoods of people dependent on natural resources in the area. Therefore, a Community Service Activity (PKM) was conducted by the Bandung Energy and Mining Polytechnic (PEP) from June to December 2022 with approximately 50 to 75 participants. The method used involved providing materials on organic fertilizer production using stacked buckets, greening the mining area by distributing and planting 140 multifunctional plant seedlings, namely moringa, bamboo, and balsa, renovating some slippery and steep footpaths, and installing plaques as a sign that the activity had been carried...

This study develops a measurement model for the success of OLS based on the DeLone McLean model. Surveys were conducted on a sample of 175 students from domestic and international universities. Data processing used the partial least squares structural equation modeling or PLS-SEM method, and root cause analysis. The results show that platform quality has a positive influence on OLS success, whether mediated by user satisfaction or OLS usage. Social influence has a positive effect on OLS success, mediated by OLS usage. User computer anxiety has a negative effect on OLS success, mediated by user satisfaction. This resulted in the highest production losses in 2015 at 266,965 and the lowest in 2021 at 21,388 barrels of oil. The model is proposed by combining elements in risk-based asset management method, RCM method, and redesign. Conclusion: In recent years, reliability has been on targ...

The data in this study were tested using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) method by sampling using purposive sampling techniques to 157 respondents who were active members of Novo Club Batch 1. The data in this study was obtained through questionnaires that were distributed using the help of google forms and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of this study is that employer branding through corporate reputation has no positive and significant effect on the intention to apply with T-statistical values of 1,485<1.96 and P-values of 0.138>0.05. Therefore, ParagonCorp needs to carry out a new strategy that is more targeted and measurable to improve the company's good reputation.

This study uses quantitative methods with sequential explanation strategies through direct surveys to several cooperatives in Pangandaran Regency by conducting a structured questionnaire spread using closed questions taken from some literature using a Likert scale and some open-ended questions. Data analysis uses descriptive and verification uses t-test, ANOVA, and R square. This research was conducted to 100 members of cooperatives located in Pangandaran Regency. The reveal that the competence of cooperative members and digital marketing affect the achievement of cooperative members’ performance, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, the influence of cooperative members’ competence on the performance of cooperative members is 25,4%, while the influence of digital marketin...

The objectives of this study are to characterize the consumer decision-making styles of young internet users and to create a profile of their online shopping styles. A quantitative research approach was used to accomplish the research objectives. The primary data for the study were gathered by sending questionnaires via social media to consumers from Generation Z and millennials who buy goods through e-commerce in Indonesia; 400 people responded. The survey questions were based on the consumer style inventory (CSI). Seven characteristics of Indonesian young consumers’ online shopping styles are identified through factor analysis. According to the findings of this study, young consumers have a hedonic online shopping style in which they prefer high-quality products, seek entertainment when shopping, and are impulsive. Young consumers are obsessed with novelty and branded goods. They frequently have difficulty selectin...

Bulk TT demand will continue to increase until 2025, while the current utilization rate has reached 97% of its design capacity. Bulk TT's current production capacity is insufficient, while the building area cannot be enlarged. This research was conducted to improve non-necessary value added by identifying and reducing waste to run well even though the production capacity is limited. Mix descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods are applied in this research. Production simulation is undertaken to reduce waste through the Gemba Kaizen approach and Kanban, while production capacity simulation is carried out using Dynamic Systems. The results of the simulations are described in the Balanced Scorecard. The research revealed there are 148 wastes consisting of 4 causes of waste in the high priority category, 20 medium priority and 124 low priority. The simulation generates a significant decrease value of the...
