Pembandingan selektivitas diffusive gel DGT denga...

In this study, analysis of the content of α-Terthienyl (2,2′:5′,2″-Terthiophene) in orange and yellow Tagetes erecta flowers originating from several areas in West Java by HPLC and LC-MS/MS have been studied. The flowers are dried in an oven at 45 °C, then crushed in a blender and sieved with a 0.35 µm sieve. The flower powder is then extracted with n-hexane using a waterbath shaker at 65 °C for 1 h. The solvent extraction then evaporated in a water bath until dry. The residue in the form of a thick extract is dissolved with ethanol, then filtered with a 0.45 µm membrane filter, then injected into the HPLC system. This filtered solution was also diluted 20 times with acetonitrile for analysis by LC-MS/MS. Content of α-Terthienyl (2,2′:5′,2″-Terthiophene) obtained from the HPLC and LC-MS/MS analysis were not significantly different. The α-Terthieny...

Chromium may become contaminants in the soil and were suspected mobilized to food crops such as green spinach (Amaranthus hybridus). Bioavailability of the heavy metal speciation in spiked soil can be carried out by sequential extraction method by Tessier with different reagents to obtain five fractions, exchangeable, bound to carbonate, bound to Fe/Mn, bound to organic matter, residual and analysed by AAS. A. hybridus were harvested after 8 weeks, destructed by wet destruction and analysed with ICP-MS. Results showed the highest distribution in organic, Fe-Mn, and residual phases with percentage concentration 61.33% ± 0.013, 26.88% ± 0.04, 7.55% ± 0.012. Addition of chromium made biomass of plant decreased and its accumulation detected in root > stem > leaf with transfer and bioconcentration factor less than 1 meaning A.hybridus has potential as chromium accumulator.

UV-Vis DRS characterization showed that La2O3 NPs has a bandgap value of 5.59 eV. The particle size of La2O3 NPs was around 84.3 nm confirmed by TEM. UV-Vis spectrophotometer was utilized to analyze the photocatalytic activity of La2O3 NPs for the degradation of malachite green (MG) as a modelling of dye. The degradation percentage of MG using La2O3 NPs was 87.32 % for 120 min...

The compounds which could trigger free radicals in this research are PAH(Benzo[a]Pyrene), and CuCl 2 . Calf thymus DNA was incubated with Benzo[a]Pyrene and CuCl 2 compounds under pH and temperature variations to induce the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the process of oxidative DNA damage. From this research, all of compounds have potency to trigger the formation of DNA Adduct (8-OHdG). The ratio of absorbance to assess the purity of DNA at 260 nm and 280 nm (λ260/ λ280) is measured at ~1.9. The shifted peaks at λmax are indicating changes on structures of DNA as a result of calf thymus DNA incubation with B[a]P and CuCl 2 . The highest level of 8-OHdG results in calf thymus DNA incubation with B[a]P and CuCl 2 under pH 8.5 and incubation temperature at 60°C, is about 120.856 μg/L.

Ultrasonication was proven to shorten the extraction time, where extraction for 5 h with ultrasonication assisted for 15 min produced 5.536 % yield greater than the 24 h extraction. The results of extraction were fractionated using n-hexane and then chromatographically isolated with a column containing Silica Gel 60, with 2.5 cm diameter and a 15.3 cm height, eluted by n-hexane-ethyl acetate (90:10) solution. The fraction containing Cannabinol was purified using HPTLC preparative with eluent n-hexane-ethyl acetate (80:20). The purification of the Cannabinol isolate was further characterized by Spectrophotometer UV, FTIR, DCS, GCMS and LCMSMS and compared its profile to the reference standard of Canna...
