The study analyzes what tasks are carried out and how the tourism village manager harmonizes the ... more The study analyzes what tasks are carried out and how the tourism village manager harmonizes the differences in interests between stakeholders in the tourist village. This research was conducted by examining the practice of governance competencies carried out by tourism village managers in Bali by conceptualizing Affiliative Orchestration Capability (AOC). By using multiple criteria of stakeholders as the basis for decision making, this study formulates a set of competency models for tourism village managers. The results underline the importance of affiliative orchestration ability as a set of competencies for tourism village managers who are able to harmonize all stakeholder interests in Bali. Stakeholder decision making shows that tourism village managers who practice affiliative orchestration skills tend to be better able to manage tourist villages that meet the criteria for sustainable tourism villages.

This study aims to examine the role of human capital in improving financial performance and competitive advantage. This study used a quantitative design through the distribution of questionnaires to managers of SMEs Wood Crafts in Badung Regency. The research sample amounted to 43 SMEs using proportional random sampling which was then analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results contribute theoretically and practically, especially organizational efforts in maintaining the stability of financial performance, sustainability and competitive advantage. The study is a quantitative research. The data used in this study was collected through questionnaires and implemented to 106 of permanent employees in PT. Hatten Bali. The results of this study indicates that: 1) leadership have positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by coefficient regression value 0,297 and significant value 0,003, 2) organizational culture have positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by coefficient regression value 0,144 and significant value 0,039, and 3) leadership and organizational culture have simultaneously effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by f-count value 6,846 > f-table and significant value 0,002. This study focuses on how the entrepreneurs of budget hotels in Bali, Indonesia, manage entrepren... more This study focuses on how the entrepreneurs of budget hotels in Bali, Indonesia, manage entrepreneurship orientation to support marketing performance by proposing the variables of market sensing, organizational learning, and marketing resource flexibility. A total of 384 hotel managers were surveyed. By using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS version 22, the findings show that entrepreneurial orientation mediated by market sensing can necessarily be applied in tourism-based SMEs. Moreover, marketing resource flexibility and organizational learning have significant influence on market sensing and marketing performance. The findings are actually useful in analyzing entrepreneur management in anticipating customer trends, particularly of the budget hotels in Bali that highly contribute to support the excellent performance and continuity of tourism of this region as the world's most popular destination.
