Region-wise growth factors of Covid-19, diabetic patients, cardiovascular patients and other important factors are taken to generate a priority metric based on the correlation matrix, which is calculated from the different covariance matrix against different influencing factors including growth factor and doubling period. All the factors are normalized on a scale of 1 to 10 to adjust different quantities from all the factors. A dynamic priority queue is used to store the priority scores of each region, which is calculated from all the correlation values of correlated factors with respect to growth factor. Priority for each region is calculated and stored in the priority queue and sorted it in decreasing order, based on which, the supply of food and emergency supplies are dispatched according to the priority of different regions.

A user friendly interface is also required to provide high performance, reliability and functionality in this regard. In this paper we have tried to propose an operational algorithm to describe the individual working operations of a hybrid multi agent system based intelligent medical diagnosis system called Clinical Diagnosis System(CDS). Using the knowledge base and collaborative as well as co-operative intelligent agents and residing on a multi-agent platform, that CDS provides a communicative task-sharing environment.

Keeping that fact in mind, later Multi Agent System (MAS) was introduced in health-care system. In our previous research paper, we proposed Intelligent Treatment coordination system “Treatment as a Service” or “TaaS”. It is a Multi Agent based health care system for the people at home and specially for the hospitalized patient where the people can be treated with the help of multiple agents, without much intervention of the human-being. In this paper, we first describe the concept of “TaaS” and then analyzed the performance of each transaction of the model through revised Petri net modeling. Revised Petri net is a proposed method based on conventional Petri net model.
