The data collection employed a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed online using Google Form during teacher professional development training. The purpose of this study was to determine the practical value of the thematic ecolearning model as a learning model in elementary schools. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were teachers and fourth grade students of SDN 9 Kuala Langsa. The results of this study describe the following; 1) Students are able to solve environmental problems in the learning process by using the thematic ecolearning model; 2) Learning problems that arise in everyday life make it easier for students to solve their problems; 3) Students are motivated in the learning process by using the thematic ecolearning model; and 4) Students are interested in learning to use the thematic ecolearning model.

This descriptive qualitative study was conducted in a private primary school in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The participants included were a teacher and 29 students (17 male and 12 female students, with an average age of 11 years). Documentations, observations and interviews were used as data collection. The data were analysed quantitatively and through the Rasch model. The results show that mentoring during the implementation of the RADEC model can increase teachers’ knowledge of multi-literacy learning and teachers’ skills in planning and implementing the RADEC model. The questionnaire was distributed openly through the lecturers and students' WhatsApp groups. The data was collected in the form of questionnaires supported by data from 25 student worksheets collected from lecturers who filled out the questionnaires and were spread on the internet. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palu dan melibatkan 16 orang guru kimia SMA Negeri yang mengajar kelas X. Materi ajar dibatasi pada Struktur Atom, Sistem Periodik dan Ikatan Kimia. Sebelum pendampingan guru diobservasi di kelas dan diberikan tes awal. Setelah kegiatan pendampingan selesai kepada guru diberikan tes akhir. Nilai gain ternormalisasi rata-rata dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kualitas penguasaan materi guru sebesar 0,55 (SD=0,29). Penyerapan tertinggi terjadi pada materi ajar Struktur Atom sebesar 0,65 (SD=0,25) dan penyerapan terendah 0,52 (SD=0,29) pada materi Sistem Periodik . Lift the flap book is the easiest type of pop-up book and has advantages that is different from other types. This research uses quasi experiment method with quantitative approach. The instrument used is comprehension test that given before and after treatment. Test the difference in reading comprehension increase of the two classes using SPSS program version 16. Subjects in this study amounted to 37 students of fourth grade in primary school. The experimental class is 20 students and the control class is 17 students. This phenomenon requires handling. One of them is research. This research aims to see the influence of Think Talk Write model based on video towards the ability to write prose. This research uses quantitative approach, and quasi-experimental method. The instruments which are used are observation sheets and limited explanation test. Starting from a PISA exposure (2015) about low reading ability of Indonesian students’, this rese... more Starting from a PISA exposure (2015) about low reading ability of Indonesian students’, this research aims to know the reading comprehension ability after using pop-up book. A pop-up book is a type of book that can be driven and interacted from paper movements. The type of pop-up book used in this study is lift the flap book. Lift the flap book is the easiest type of pop-up book and has advantages that is different from other types. This research uses quasi experiment method with quantitative approach. The instrument used is comprehension test that given before and after treatment. Test the difference in reading comprehension increase of the two classes using SPSS program version 16. Subjects in this study amounted to 37 students of fourth grade in primary school. The experimental class is 20 students and the control class is 17 students. The results show that pop-up book type of lift the flap book gives a better influence on reading ability.

The research subjects consisted of 34 students. The research method used is Classroom Action Research. The instruments used were tests and non-tests. The test instrument was arranged to measure student learning outcomes. Non-test instruments are used to determine the feasibility of learning. The data obtained consisted of qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data were analyzed descriptively while quantitative data were analyzed by finding averages and percentages of achievement in each cycle. This research was validated using triangulation techniques. The results showed that RADEC was able to improve student learning outcomes on the topic of the human respiratory system. Reading is one of the problems that has not been clearly resolved. As the research of PISA and UN... more Reading is one of the problems that has not been clearly resolved. As the research of PISA and UNESCO said that both reading interest and literacy culture are still low. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage from outside to increase reading interest which can affect the ability of reading comprehension, in this research is pop-up book. Pop-up book is a book that offers the potential for motion and interaction through the use of paper mechanisms such as folds, scrolls, or slide. The type of pop-up book that used in this research is lift the flap book. By using validity data and theory, this part of quasi experimental research, design to develop and factorially validate pop-up book based on tematik as learning media of reading comprehension. The instrument was face validated by learning media expert, Indonesian language expert, teacher class IV of primary school, and coleage. The results showed that pop-up book based on tematik can using in reading comprehension learning.
