Primena savremene opreme na bazi PLC (programmable logic controller) i SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) konfiguracije, obezbeđuje optimalno upravljanje tehnološkim procesom. Nadzorno– upravljački sistem eliminiše neželjene promene u proizvodnoj liniji, ili ih ograničava u dozvoljenim granicama saglasno tehnologiji. Omogućena je vizuelizacija svih tehničko–tehnoloških podsistema putem intuitivnih ekrana na monitorima i operatorskim panelima. Određeni objekti proizvodnog procesa predstavljeni su odgovarajućim simbolima, koji menjaju boju u zavisnosti od statusa (rad, neaktivno stanje, stand by, kvar i sl.). Simbolima su pridruženi karakteristični parametri i veličine čije se tekuće vrednosti prate grafički i/ili tabelarno. During the purification treatment of drinking water and wastewaters, for accelerating the process... more During the purification treatment of drinking water and wastewaters, for accelerating the process of coagulation and flocculation aluminum sulfate is used. Enlargement of those particles and their rapid sedimentation is happening during process of neutralization. This work describes a system for monitoring and controling the plant for preparation and dosing aluminum sulfate. This system is based on PLC and SCADA configuration. In certain number of electric drive systems frequency regulation is applied. Automatic work of the plant is increasing energy efficiency and the degree of exploitation of resources. The percentage of waste is minimized too. Dosage of materials and other plant processes are executed under the supervision of the local control unit. Setting up technological values and parameters and their overview is done on the operator panel which is connected to the control unit. After necessary treatment, informations are presented to the operator in the form of process variables. The application of modern equipment based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) configuration provides optimal control of technological process. Described supervisory and control system is consisting of a number of units doing decentralized distributed control of technological entities where all possible situation are considered during work of machines and devices, which are installed in electric drive and are protected from technological and electrical accident.
