The co-precipitation synthesis is considered as one of the greatest wet chemical route to produce... more The co-precipitation synthesis is considered as one of the greatest wet chemical route to produce nanoparticles because of its yield and control over synthesis parameters. In this manuscript, Yttria (Y2O3) nanoparticles (YNPs) have been synthesized through direct titration precipitation process using ammonium hydrogen carbonate (AHC) as precipitant to metal ion molar ratio (M3+) in acidic medium condition. The molar ratio [R= (NH4HCO3)/(M3+)] varies from 0.35 M to 0.55 M with constant metal ion (M3+=0.1M) concentration. The influence of R-value on crystallographic structure, particle size, surface morphology of YNPs are comprehensively studied. Rietveld refined parameters confirm the formation of pure cubic yttria phase in calcined powders. The FTIR results confirm the presence of Y-O-Y and Y-O bands. Though India has become food surplus and the advancement of technology and the free flow of capit... more Though India has become food surplus and the advancement of technology and the free flow of capital is available, but the country faces setbacks at qualitative ends. Despite increasing value of exports, the country is still not able to achieve a surplus balance of trade. The present paper examines the trends, composition, and directions of trade of agricultural products in the liberalized economy. Among the countries of the world, India shares better trade relations with Vietnam, UAE, Saudi Arabia and the USA. In order to strive for a favorable balance of trade, there is a need to explore potential markets for agricultural products in Europe and Africa with prime focus on the integration of technological innovation and better marketing infrastructure.
ABSTRACT Bi4-xSmxTi3-xFexO12(x = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3) ceramic samples were prepared by solid state reac... more ABSTRACT Bi4-xSmxTi3-xFexO12(x = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3) ceramic samples were prepared by solid state reaction method. All the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction, Impedance Analyzer and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer techniques. X-ray diffraction (XRD) of all samples exhibit single phase of Aurivillius type structure. Dielectric studies reveals non -relaxor behaviour of all the samples. There is dispersion in the Dielectric constant, but ferroelectric transition temperature (Tc) does not show any dispersion. With increase in composition of Sm and Fe in the BIT the transition temperature of the samples increases. From the phase transitions, it is shown that all the samples have ferroelectric behaviour. Samples so prepared also show ferromagnetic behaviour. On increasing the Fe content the remnant magnetization of the samples increases, so doped BIT shows multiferroic behaviour.
The molecular determinants responsible for flavivirus host cell binding and tissue tropism are la... more The molecular determinants responsible for flavivirus host cell binding and tissue tropism are largely unknown, although domain III of the envelope protein has been implicated in these functions. We examined the solution properties and antagonist activity of Langat virus domain III. Our results suggest that domain III adopts a stably folded structure that can mediate binding of tick-borne flaviviruses but not mosquito-borne flaviviruses to their target cells. Three clusters of phylogenetically conserved residues are identified that may be responsible for the vector-specific antagonist activity of domain III.
