The current legal and technical provisions in the regulations related to SH seem to lean strongly toward the material (tangible) elements such as gross floor space, number of stories, construction costs, etc. From the viewpoint of the status quality trade off (SQTO) theory, it is suggested that, in planning, design and implementation of the SH projects, careful and creative considerations should take place within a close interaction between material (tangible) and non-material (intangible) attributes of the residential environment. Some approaches aimed at dealing with this interaction in a balanced manner are suggested in the fields of technical solutions, economic viability and quality of life (QoL).

Up to 2013, 22 rounds of data collection at CHILILAB HDSS had been completed. This article reports the methods and key sociodemographic characteristics of households and individuals captured by the survey conducted among the subsamples of CHILILAB HDSS in 2016. We observed and compared them to the previous HDSS survey rounds and found no significant differences for household size and gender compositions in CHILILAB HDSS. The educational level and economic status of CHILILAB people in 2016 have improved. However, it can be seen that the Chi Linh population is undergoing a strong "aging" trend.

The family the most diverse is Rubiaceae (59 species, 11.46% total flowering plants); each of other families comprise less than 59 species. The genus of Ficus comprises 10 species (1.94% total flowering plants); each of other genera comprise less than 10 species. Among all plants, there are 269 species (2 classes, 78 families and 200 genera) are useful plants. There are 58 timber species (1 class, 28 families, 41 genera), 178 medicinal species (2 classes, 63 families, 145 genera), 22 ornamental species (2 classes, 14 families, 22 genera), 33 edible species (2 classes, 21 families, 26 genera), 26 vegetable species (2 classes, 16 families, 23 genera), 9 dye species (1 class, 6 families, 9 genera), 5 species (1 class, 4 families, 4 genera) provide fibre, 1 species (1 class, 1 families, 1 genus) provide essential oil, 9 species (2 classes, 7 familie...

The key idea for identifying whether adjacent syllables in a text can form a reduplicative word based on its formation rules. For 2-syllable reduplicative words, this paper uses rules that describe the repeating and the opposing between pairs of initial consonants, rhymes and tones. Then the method is expanded to identify reduplicative words that have 3 or 4 syllables from 2-syllable ones for the Vietnamese word segmentation task. Experimental results showed that the F1-score was improved to 98.61% and that word segmentation errors were reduced significantly, 1.26%.

The structure, phase, and morphology of the nanopowders and nanocolloidal media were determined by high-resolution TEM and X-ray diffraction. It was shown that the obtained nanoparticles have a round-spherical shape with average size in the range of 4 to 20 nm. Energy transfer was observed forY2O3 : Eu3+,Tb3+colloidal and powders, upconversion transitions were observed for bothY2O3 : Er3+andY2O3 : Er3+,Yb3+nanophosphors. The dependence of photoluminescence (PL) spectra and decay times on doping concentration has been investigated. The infrared to visible conversion of emission inY2O3 : Er3+,Yb3+system was analyzed and discussed aiming to be applied in the photonic technology.
