To promote the sustainable and balanced development in the Yellow River Basin, this paper takes public health, ecological environment, and economic development, as a whole, to study the coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin. Based on coupling coordinated theory, we use the SMI-P method to evaluate the coordinated development index of public health, the ecological environment, and economic development in the Yellow River Basin. Moreover, we use the coordinated regulation and obstacle factor diagnosis to identify the main influencing factors and design regulation methods to optimize the coordinated development index. The results found that (1), during the research period, there is spatiotemporal heterogeneity in the coordinated development level in the Yellow River Basin. From 2009 to 2019, the ove...

METHODS Clinical data of 99 patients with MM treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into positive group and negative group according to the expression of CD56. The relationship between CD56 and multiple myeloma extramedullary disease, extramedullary relapse was analyzed. RESULTS Among 99 newly diagnosed patients with MM, the positive rate of CD56 was 65%, and the incidence of extramedullary disease of patients in the CD56 positive group was lower than that in the CD56 negative group (17.19% vs 48.57%) (P<0.01). Meanwhile, the incidence of extramedullary relapse of patients in the CD56 positive group was lower than that in the CD56 negative group (1.56% vs 34.29%) (P<0.01). CONCLUSION CD56 is highly expressed in MM, and its low expression is assoc...

Key words: Congenital cataract; Posterior capsular opacification; Anteroir vitrectomy

In this paper, we made a foundational study in long non-coding RNA paternally expressed gene 10 (lncRNA PEG10) at PC-12 cells. METHODS We used CCK8, flow cytometry, migration and invasion assay to detect changes at the cellular level. PEG10, microRNA-34a-5p (miR-34a-5p) and TLX transfected by transfection assay and amplified by real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR). TLX expression and proteins about apoptosis and pathways were investigated by Western blot. Additionally, the relationship between PEG10 and miR-34a-5p, miR-34a-5p and TLX were examined through luciferase assay. RESULTS H2O2-injury model was established. Knockdown PEG10 deteriorated H2O2-injury. miR-34a-5p was confirmed as a target of PEG10 and miR-34a-5p inhibitor remitted PEG10-induced H2O2-injury. Moreover, TLX was confirmed as a target miR-34a-5p and TLX remitted H2O2-injury. At last, TLX worked in H2O2-injury via Smad and Wnt/β-catenin pathways. CONCLUSION Knockdown PEG10 remitted H2O2-injury of PC-12 cells by targeting miR-34a-5p/TLX, and the behavior may be involved in Smad and Wnt/β-catenin pathways.

A total of 15 Chinese families with retinitis pigmentosa, containing 94 sporadically afflicted cases, were recruited. The targeted sequences were captured using the Target_Eye_365_V3 chip and sequenced using the BGISEQ-500 sequencer, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Data were aligned to UCSC Genome Browser build hg19, using the Burroughs Wheeler Aligner MEM algorithm. Local realignment was performed with the Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK v.3.3.0) IndelRealigner, and variants were called with the Genome Analysis Toolkit Haplotypecaller, without any use of imputation. Variants were filtered against a panel derived from 1000 Genomes Project, 1000G_ASN, ESP6500, ExAC and dbSNP138. In all members of Family ONE and Family TWO with available DNA samples, the genetic variant was validated using Sanger sequencing. A novel, pathogenic variant of retinitis pigmentosa, c.357_358delAA (p.Ser119SerfsX5) was identified in PR...
