It was revealed that there were the damages of blood vessels in drug addicts with parenteral injection of drugs in 100% of cases, but they were admitted to the surgical hospital only at complicated stage. The skin-vascular fistulas locate in axillar region in 64 % of cases, but fistulas of this localization give less vascular complications. «Shafts» locate in inguinal regions in 70.6 % of patients, and locate in axillar regions only in 8,2 %, from the number of patients hospitalized into surgical hospital. It shows that vascular complications often appear in drug addicts at the stage of skin-vascular fistula formation of the femoral localization.
