In addition, the temperature response of PMMA was investigated at strain-rates of 1/sec and 0.001/sec at ...

However, the overall yield impact from epitaxial defects has been difficult to assess since the defect sensitivity, capture rates, and classification
Transfer of thin semiconductor layers onto flexible substrates using a combination of ion cutting... more Transfer of thin semiconductor layers onto flexible substrates using a combination of ion cutting, adhesive bonding, and laser ablation was investigated. An ~1.3 mum thick InP layer was first transferred onto sapphire using adhesive bonding and hydrogen-induced layer exfoliation at ~180 °C. The resulting structure was then adhesively bonded onto flexible polyethylene naphthalate substrate, followed by UV laser ablation of

This chip uses a pulse width modulation scheme that eliminates the output filter. It operates with a 2.5 V to 6.5 V supply voltage in a 7V, 1.2 um, double-poly, triple- ...

Due to the accurate imminent earthquake prediction, only nine people died of the disaster in this area with a population of 300,000. We also predicted the Ms6.4 quake in Izu Island Japan in 2000 and the Ms6.4 quake in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China in 1996. We have adopted the innovative methods in observation of the seismic precursors. Comprehensive analyzes and judgment with multi-subjects and multi-methods were carried out to the abnormal phenomena and imminent earthquake predictions were made on the basis of the above works. Our predictions to strong earthquakes over Ms6 are accurate to the following standard: the occurring time within 9 days, the magni- tude error is no more than 0.8 and the range of epicenter is between 2 degrees (the longitude and the latitude are also 2 degrees). Scientists Li Jun-Zhi, Ren Zhen-Qiu, e...
