The Holy Prophet adopts various ways to have an exchange of views to people in various forums. One of his ways of exchange of dialogue to people is the style of Questions-Answer as he tries to sort out the problems of the people or to have an exchange of views to opponents by asking various questions. The present article focuses on the dialogues i.e. Question-Answer style used by Holy Prophet. The data for this purpose have been collected from various books of Hadith like Bukhari, Tirmazi and Sahihe Muslim i.e. by identifying, classifying and making categories which may have positive impact on social life of Muslims. Savages killings of men by beasts, slaughtering them like animals and burning them just for entertainment of friends, were common .Under the Roman civil law slaves, were regarded simply as things. Their masters possessed the power of life and death over them. The removal of the female womb and premature abortion of pregnancy was not considered illegal or immoral .The sacrificing of human being was also a religious custom. Woman had lost her respect and honour in the world so usually a man was losing his wife in a gambling game .A widow would often commit sittee (suicide) upon the death of her husband in Indian society. Killing wives by their husbands was like a killing of pet animals. The Syrians had been selling their kids to pay the government dues and debt. Every indebted person in Persia would sell himself like a slave. Self-torturing and killing by suicide was also common. Human flesh was cooked ...

So when religious scholars graduate from religious schools after reading those books of jurisprudence and go to society, they use it in most contemporary jurisprudential issues. But sometime this thing leads to illegal precaution. So therefore it is necessary to us to know the rules for working with it in Islamic jurisprudence. As for this paper, it mentions the rules for working with it in order to facilitate its use in contemporary jurisprudence.

Its basic sources Quran O Sunnah provide a lot of material about life of man. It is said that Islam has been completed about 14 hundred years ago. How is Islam compatible with society whereas society is variable (changeable) with time? The answer is that solution of every problem is present in the Holy Quran and Sunnah. There are two ways of solving the problem. Firstly, primary sources (laws) creeds, worships and actions. Secondly, secondary sources, Qias, Ijtihad, Istis-habe-hal, msaleh mursla, custom, Habits and their rules and limitations.

Furthermore, it is suggested that the bottom of the conduction band (CB) edge of the SC should be more negative than the reduction potential of H + /H 2 (−0.41 V vs NHE at pH 7) whereas the top of the valence band (VB) should be more positive than the oxidation potential of H 2 O/O 2 (0.82 V vs NHE at pH 7). [6,7] In one-step photoexcitation, most SCs are unable to carry out the overall water splitting reaction [8] due to the shortfall of some of the notable requirements such as an appropriate bandgap (less than 3 eV), suitable band edge positions, and stability of the photocatalysts. [9,10] Although, a few metal oxides and chalcogenides (e.g., WO 3 , CdS) have been extensively investigated as one-step photocatalysts, however, less stability and low solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency (STH) decline their widespread application. [6,11] To mitigate forgoing issues, two-step photoexcitation achieved by the combination of two dissimilar SCs in series with staggered band alignment following either type-II or Z-scheme photocatalytic mechanism [12] can be employed. In type II, the electrons migrate from the higher CB photocatalyst I (PC I) to the lower CB photocatalyst II (PC II), and the holes flow in a reverse manner between the two SCs. [13] In contrast, the Z-scheme catalytic system describes the spatial distribution of charges, thus, improving the strong redox ability of the two Photocatalytic water splitting is considered one of the most important and appealing approaches for the production of green H 2 to address the global energy demand. The utmost possible form of artificial photosynthesis is a two-step photoexcitation known as "Z-scheme", which mimics the natural photosystem. This process solely relies on the effective coupling and suitable band positions of semiconductors (SCs) and redox mediators for the purpose to catalyze the surface chemical reactions and significantly deter the backward reaction. In recent years, the Z-scheme strategies and their key role have been studied progressively through experimental approaches. In addition, theoretical studies based on density functional theory have provided detailed insight into the mechanistic aspects of some breathtakingly complex problems associated with hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction. In this context, this critical review gives an overview of the fundamentals of Z-scheme photocatalysis, including both theoretical and experimental advancements in the field of photocatalytic water splitting, and suggests future perspectives.

The current study was conducted using a cross-sectional research design, data for this study was collected from 5 private banks of Lahore, Pakistan. A total sample of three hundred bankers was recruited by using a random sampling technique and their ages ranged between 25-45 years. For the analysis of the hypothesis, diverse statistical instruments like PROCESS analysis for mediation and Pearson Product Moment correlation are applied. The results of the study show that employee loyalty, as well as service quality, mediates an association between employee empowerment and financial performance. Numerous other variables influence the financial performance of banks which are not included in this study. The proposed model guides the management in analyzing the service sector's performance.

Therefore, the conversion of environmentally detrimental p-nitrophenol (PNP) to industrially valuable p-aminophenol (PAP), a prototype reaction, is an important organic transformation reaction. However, the traditional conversion of PNP to PAP is an expensive and environmentally unfriendly process. Here, we report a honeycomb-like porous network with zeolite-like channels formed by the self-organization of copper, 1,10-phenanthroline, 4,40 -bipyridine, and water. This porous network effectively catalyzed the transformation of hazardous PNP to pharmaceutically valued PAP. In the presence of complex, PNP to PAP conversion occurred in a few minutes, which is otherwise a very sluggish process. To assess the kinetics, the catalytic conversion of PNP to PAP was studied at five different temperatures. The linearity of lnCt/Co versus temperature plot indicated pseudo-first-order kinetics. The copper complex with zeolite like channels may find applications as a reduction catalyst both on laboratory and industrial scales and in green chemistry for the remediation of pollutants.

Although many studies investigated the outcomes of materialism, however, a little research is known to investigate the association of materialism, status consumption and BESC in designers clothing (Flynn et al., 2016). The present study aimed at investigating the role of materialism and status consumption as predictors of brand engagement in self-concept (BESC). The results pointed out that both materialism and status consumption have a significant and positive influence on BESC. Moreover, status consumption is a stronger predictor of BESC as compared to materialism
