The null hypothesis is rejected for the anthropometric, metabolic, physical profiles of the IPS mean. Regarding the clinical profile of the IPS average, total cholesterol 183.03 mg / dL, HDL 44.84 mg / dl, 115.03 mg / dL LDL, Hemoglobin 15.02 g / dl, hematocrit 44.9%, are within the ranges of values normal reference. The tests to determine physical condition such as abdominals (54.3 minutes) and flexibility (31.6 cm) were excellent. The research concludes that the anthropometric, metabolic, physical profiles of the IPS mean do not correspond to the ranges of normal values. The clinical profile of the IPS mean corresponds to the ranges of normal values.
