The researcher interviewed 67 health insurance claimants in the NCR region's several cities—some in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan. They also interviewed various insurance system participants, including branch managers, agents, and hospital staff, to obtain an overview of policyholder experiences and insurer challenges. For analysis, qualitative research techniques have been used. This research is helpful in various situations when people are hospitalised for planned and unanticipated reasons by recommending what insurance companies should do to protect the interests of their customers. For judging industrial relations environment of an industry, industrial disputes can be taken as an index variable. The present paper made a comparative view of trends in industrial relations in public and private sector enterprises in India on the basis of number of industrial disputes, number of workers involved and mandays lost in disputes and spans over a period of 25 years (1991-2015). The study is purely based on secondary data which is analyzed with the help of Mann Whitney U Test, a non-parametric statistical tool for data analysis. The results of comparative analysis show that significant differences exist between public and private sector with respect to the status of industrial relations. Stress is a natural physical and mental reaction to life experiences. Anything from everyday responsibilities like work and family to serious life events such as illness, accident, pandemic or death of a loved one can trigger stress. Healthcare professionals and migrant workers are among the most vulnerable groups at risk of stress, anxiety and depression. The present paper focuses on the stress issues during Covid-19 outbreak for healthcare professionals and migrant workers. The paper also gives suggestive measures for coping with stress in the current scenario. Individually, we need to understand what is causing us stress and learn what steps we can take to reduce it for ourselves and those around us.
