Au fil des ans, la technologie a évolué et les gouvernements ont commencé à explorer des méthodes... more Au fil des ans, la technologie a évolué et les gouvernements ont commencé à explorer des méthodes alternatives pour la collecte et l'enregistrement des données électorales. La dématérialisation du recensement électoral est une tendance croissante dans de nombreux pays, permettant de réduire les coûts, de faciliter la collecte des données, d'accroître la transparence et de réduire les risques de fraude. Cependant, malgré les avantages potentiels de la dématérialisation, de nombreux pays comme le Togo continuent de recourir à des méthodes traditionnelles de recensement électoral, telles que le recensement manuel, en raison de limitations technologiques, financières ou culturelles. Ces méthodes traditionnelles sont souvent sujettes à des erreurs humaines, à la manipulation politique et à la faible participation des électeurs, ce qui peut entraîner des taux de participation faibles et une perte de confiance dans le processus électoral.

Ces dernières années l'Afrique est redevenue le théâtre d'actes de violence sans précédent d'orig... more Ces dernières années l'Afrique est redevenue le théâtre d'actes de violence sans précédent d'origine endogène et exogène. Compte tenu de sa gravité de ses conséquences, la question de l'extrémisme violent est devenue centrale dans les politiques publiques nationales et régionales africaines, ainsi que dans les stratégies d'intervention des partenaires multilatéraux et bilatéraux. Cependant, malgré la multiplicité des programmes conçus à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du continent africain pour combattre la violence et consolider la paix et la stabilité, les conflits demeurent l'un des principaux obstacles au développement du continent. En effet, la situation de l'extrémisme violent et du terrorisme est devenue particulièrement préoccupante en Afrique ces dernières années. Cet article touche un peu les causes, les effets et apporte quelques approches de solutions.
