Green supplier is an important component of green supply chain management. Green supplier enables the industry to manufacture quality goods at reasonable price as well as protects the environment. In this research paper, supplier performance is measured against both traditional and green criteria. Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process and extent analysis methodology is used for evaluation and selection of green supplier. The proposed criteria is formed by three main criteria and six sub criteria for supplier selection, provide weight them. After assigning the priority weight, the supplier with the highest priority weight is selected as the best supplier.
